Vendor comments “We as a young family were very happy living on Leam Terrace. Every day I would take my children to Mill Gardens or , both were lovely places to be with the children.

We also had two allotments - they were our garden and we grew our own vegetables and had a great time there at the weekends. We would have a BBQ on an open fire after having been there all day.

All of our neighbours were lovely, and there is a real sense of community amongst the residents.

We also had a great time at the local pub (The New Inn) at the summer festival - the whole road is taken over by the residents around the pub and we had a lot of fun. That was a great fundraiser for a nominated charity.

I would thoroughly recommend living there - it is a lovely nurturing environment to bring a family up and the New Inn pub and St Mary’s allotments are the hub of the community. We also really benefited from being so close to the town centre - with so many lovely shops to enjoy at the weekend. The Christmas market was great, every Sunday we would walk up the parade and soak up the friendly seasonal atmosphere.” Services Mains Gas, Electricity, water & drainage
