I handle the daily operations of the studio, including key managing aspects of the company like human resources, talent recruiting, training, scheduling, budgeting, and development of efficient production pipelines. I am also heavily involved with each animated series and project through directing, planning, supervising, organizing, and leading the creative teams.

Accountable for making production-wide administrative and artistic decisions; From the allocation of resources for all departments, to quality assurance of art assets and animation scenes produced in the studio. Ensuring that the creative expression, technical obligations, stylistic goals, producers' objectives, and client's vision are maintained through the entire process from concept to completion.

Responsibilities included the supervision and coordination of departments such as storyboarding, production design, character animation, effects animation, and post production; Recruitment and training for many of the new artists and animators; Scheduling and budgeting for all of the series, specials, and demos from the intellectual properties that the studio would produce including all co-pros and service work contracts the company would procure.
