Our formal credentials include Construction Line, Safe Contractor and Contractor Plus accreditations, along with our status as a Chartered Building Company, and the MCIOB qualifications held by both our directors. In line with our Corporate Social Responsibility policies, all our suppliers and contractors follow our conscientious approach to environmental issues and are subject to audits by our safety advisor. QUALITY | RELIABILITY | DELIVERY GODFREY MARTIN’S CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY Health and safety are a key facet of our commitment to CSR at Godfrey Martin. We are constantly challenging our own health and safety procedures to ensure that they meet the most rigorous standards, to achieve the objective of keeping our teams, contractors and all site occupants safe. Health and safety is paramount to our training programmes; we are involved with the Considerate Constructors Scheme initiative and hold Safe Contractor accreditation. Our duty towards protecting the environment is another CSR priority, and we adhere to a policy of reducing on-site waste while recycling and reusing materials wherever possible. We use timber and joinery suppliers which are FSC/PEFC certified and can demonstrate that they source wood sustainably.
