    Consultation Statement Publication Draft (Regulation 19) Mixed Use Revision Revision to Westminster's City Plan July 2015 1.0 Introduction 1.1 This Consultation Statement has been prepared to meet the requirements of Regulation 22 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2012 (“The Regulations”), and forms part of the proposed submission documents. 1.2 The Statement details the consultation undertaken by Westminster City Council (‘the council’) during the Regulation 18 and informal consultations on the Mixed Use Revision to Westminster’s City Plan, referred to as the “Mixed Use Revision”. 1.3 It details who was consulted, for how long, and how they were invited to make representations.
