European Aviation Safety Agency EASA’s new Headquarters are located on the West bank of the river Rhine, behind Köln- Central railway station (Hauptbahnhof) and right next to Musical Dome Köln. Before your meeting you will receive access code in order to register on arrival at ground floor, EASA reception. You will be escorted to your meeting room.

From Köln-Bonn Airport (CGN) By train : Take the train S6/S11/S12/S13/S19 (S-Bahn) towards "Köln-Hauptbahnhof" (Central Station). Get off at " Köln-Hauptbahnhof", about 15 minutes after leaving the airport. On leaving the station back exit (opposite the exit that takes you to the Cathedral (Dom), head towards the river bank. When you reach the river, before you cross the street, the building on your left side is EASA headquarters. Climb the stairs and enter to the main reception hall. There is a train from the airport every 20-30 minutes. By taxi: The trip takes about 30 minutes and costs around €40. From Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) By train: Take the RE (Regionalexpress) towards "Köln-Hbf" (Central Station). There is an RE train every 20 - 40 minutes. The journey takes about 40 minutes. From Frankfurt Airport (FRA) By train: Take the ICE (Intercity Express) or IC (Intercity) train to "Köln-Hbf". There is an ICE train from the airport every 30 minutes. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. There is also an IC train every 2-3 hours from the airport. From Cologne Central Station (Köln-Hauptbahnhof) On foot : On leaving the station back exit (opposite the exit that takes you to the Cathedral (Dom), head towards the river bank. When you reach the river, before you cross the street, the building on your left side is EASA headquarters. Climb the stairs and enter to the main reception hall. From the centre of Cologne (Heumarkt or Neumarkt) By tram : Take the tram (Strassenbahn), Line 5 from Heumarkt. From Neumarkt, Line 16 (direction “Niehl Sebastianstr.) or Linie 18 (direction “Thielenbruch”). Get off at "Dom/Hbf“. From other Cologne locations: By tram: in http://www.kvb-koeln.de/german/fahrplan/linienplan.html find closer station and use planner (Fahrplanauskunft) on the left. You can buy the KVB tickets in automatic machines(*) installed in many tram stations and inside the buses or the tram trains, or KVB offices in Dom/Hbf and Neumarket. With KVB tickets the S-Bahn and the Regio DB trains (**) can be used inside the Cologne/Bonn area.

(*) only coins or debit cards. (**) Please note that DB trains have no ticket machine and you need a valid ticket before entering the train. Train stations have DB automatic machines, that accept credit card but are not very user-friendly.

Hotels marked with the EASA logo have a negotiated company rate which is lower than the market rate, except during fair and exhibition weeks (*).
