This will allow entry at a designated gate during Show build up and between 8pm – 10pm and 6am - 7.30am on show days. It also allows parking in the forward area trade stand car park. Exhibitors tickets issued free of charge are for sta only and are not for resale. Any exhibitors or their sta found selling these tickets will be prevented from trading at the Show and asked to remove their stand. Additional Tickets Tickets above the free allocation can be purchased before 3 July 2020 on your Application Form or the Additional Ticket Booking Form sent in May. Tickets will not be sent until payment has been received and cheques will not be accepted after 19 June. Additional tickets are not refundable. Trade Stand Exhibitors Only – prices include VAT Blue Caravan Park £120 inc VAT Brown Camping & Caravan Park £100 inc VAT No electric hook-ups provided. Only 1 vehicle can be parked with each caravan / tent. Stand-alone and ‘factory in-built’ generators in caravans or vehicles are permitted between 06:00 – 23:00hrs providing they have the necessary test inspection certificates which must be kept with the vehicle. Blue caravan park has toilets and access to the Squash Club showers. WIFI A Wifi system is available across most of the showground, below is the username and password. However exhibitors should note the following points: • The Wifi does not cover all areas of the showground • We do not provide IT or technical support with the Wifi • The signal is not guaranteed to work during the show so exhibitors should not be reliant on this system. Signals may be blocked by marquees and signal strength may vary depending on the number of users at any one time Username: GYS Password: 2020 Forklift Truck Hire A fork lift will be available on the showground at the following times. There will be a charge for this service. Availability Charges Monday 6 July 8am – 7pm £25 (inc VAT) Per 30 minutes.
