NR. 4 (2020‐03‐16) METINIS LIETUVOS STANDARTIZACIJOS DEPARTAMENTO TECHNIKOS KOMITETŲ PIRMININKŲ SUSITIKIMAS Lietuvos standartizacijos departamentas, tęsdamas tradiciją, 2020 m. vasario 27 d. sukvietė LST technikos komitetų pirmininkus ir įgaliotuosius atstovus į metinį susitikimą. Departamento direktorius Rimantas Sanajevas, pasidžiaugdamas, kad į naujo formato metinį susitikimą atvyko 38 pirmininkai, pristatė 16 nau‐ jai išrinktų technikos komitetų pirmininkų. Už aktyvią veiklą naciona‐ linėje standartizacijoje ir ilgametį darbą technikos komitetuose padėkas R. Sanajevas įteikė LST TK 32 Sveikata pirmininkei dr. Marijai Vesėliūnienei, LST TK 13 Žemės ūkio technika pirmininkui dr. Rolandui Domeikai, LST TK 29 Vandentvarka įgaliotajam atstovui dr. Valerijui Gasiūnui, LST TK 31 Akustika įgaliotajam atstovui dr. Aleksandrui Jagniatinskiui, Departamento direktorius R. Sanajevas (stovi) LST TK 40 Nafta ir naftos produktai įgaliotajam atstovui Vidui Gečiui. Savo pranešime Departamento direktorius pristatė naujojoje Standartizacijos įstatymo redakcijoje numatomus pagrindinius pakeitimus, kurie turės įtakos ir technikos komitetų veiklai. Taip pat pasidžiaugė pagerėjusiomis galimybėmis remti nacionalinių ekspertų dalyvavimą tarptautinių ir Europos technikos komitetų darbo grupėse, ekspertų teikiamomis reikšmingomis pastabomis tarptautinių ir Europos standartų projektams jų rengimo etapuose, sėkmingai vykdomomis komunikacijos strategijos įgyvendinimo priemonėmis. Be to, buvo įvardyti svarbūs veiklos tobulinimo iššūkiai: vartotojų organizacijų atstovų pritraukimas į standartizaciją, ministerijų atstovų veiklos technikos komitetuose aktyvini‐ mas, teisėkūros klausimo spren‐ dimas dėl standartų, į kuriuos yra nuorodos teisės aktuose, lietuviškųjų versijų rengimo ir kt. Departamento vadovas taip pat apžvelgė 2020 m. priorite‐ tinius darbus: originaliųjų standartų peržiūrą ir išgryninimą, TK ekspertų dalyvavimo tarptau‐ tinių ir Europos technikos komitetų darbo grupėse LST technikos komitetų pirmininkai aktyvinimą, prieigos prie standar‐ 3 2020 M. NR. 4 (2020‐03‐16)|LIETUVOS STANDARTIZACIJOS DEPARTAMENTO BIULETENIS tų didinimą, Departamento veiklos procedūrų tobulinimą, CEN/CENELEC technikos komiteto sek‐ retoriato steigimo Lietuvoje galimybės įvertinimą. Diskusijoje dalyvavo Standartų leidybos skyriaus vedėjas Mindaugas Balčiauskas, patarėja Dovilė Tarasevičiūtė, taip pat aktualiais klausimais pasisakė technikos komitetų pirmininkai: dr. Nerijus Kruopis (LST TK 1 Elektronika), Vytautas Keršys (LST TK 5 Elektrotechnika), dr. Marija Vesėliūnienė (LST TK 32 Sveikata), Saulius Navickas (LST TK 40 Nafta ir naftos produktai), dr. Ernestas Lipnickas (LST TK 89 Rizikos valdymas). Parengė Mindaugas Balčiauskas STANDARTŲ NUORODINIŲ ŽYMENŲ PAKEITIMAI Lietuvos standartizacijos departamentas 1999–2002 metais perimtiems Europos elektrotechnikos standartizacijos komiteto (CENELEC) darninamiesiems dokumentams HD suteikė žymenis kaip originaliesiems Lietuvos standartams – iš santrumpos LST ir <numerio>, perimtiems vėliau – prie santrumpos LST pridedant perimto darninamojo dokumento HD santrumpą ir numerį. Siekiant suvienodinti visų perimtų CENELEC darninamųjų dokumentų HD žymenis ir turint omenyje tai, kad CENELEC darninamieji dokumentai HD nėra Lietuvos standartizacijos departamento parengti bei priimti dokumentai ir dėl to neatitinka originaliojo Lietuvos standarto apibrėžimo, visiems kaip Lietuvos standartai perimtiems CENELEC darninamiesiems dokumentams HD keičiamas žymuo, prie santrumpos LST pridedant santrumpą HD ir žymint LST HD <numeris.
