La Guía is a joint project brought by the voluntary efforts of the Hispanic Health Council of Jacksonville and the Mayor’s Hispanic American Advisory Board (MHAAB).

The purpose of La Guía is to connect the Hispanic community with various available resources. The goal is to overcome some of the barriers identified. Many of the services included in La GUÍA are available in Spanish, unless otherwise noted.
