Participating in the seminar of "Senior Educators' Debate of the Challenges of Pre-University Education and the Best Ways of Handling them " held by the Ministry of Education in its Divan in Cairo on 15-9-2003. 27. Participating in training activities rendered by the project of leading ways to University education of post graduation studies and research development center in Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University in 2013.

Participating in a Seminar entitled (Developing Education with the Hands of its Own People ) patronized by Professor Mostafa Kamal Hadhoud, Governor of Al Boheira and the Minister of Education, with the participation of the professor Dean of Faculty of Education Damanhour University, which was held in Damanhour cultural complex in 19-2-2014. 29. 7. Creating a procedural guidebook to guarantee the continuity of quality assurance system for Faculty of Education in Damanhour.

8. General pioneer for the youth from the academic year 2009/2010 up to now.

9. A member of equipments and scientific laboratory committee at the faculty from 2009 up to now.

10. Being in charge of the counsel treasury for Educational Psychology department from 1996 to 2000.

11. A member of board of directors for Educational service unit and supervising it since 2000 up to now.

12. Participating in developing students' training system at the Faculty of Education in Damanhour, as a part of the program of developing faculties of education.

13. Participating in creating a unified Bylaw for post graduation studies at the Faculty of Education in Damanhour and Alexandria according to the credit hour system.

(16) new programs were created according to the internal bylaw of the Faculty of Education in Damanhour for the Bachelor Degree in preparing teachers of math and science in foreign languages (eight programs in English and eight programs in French ). A ministerial Law No (4885) issued for this purpose on 29-12-2013.

21. Designing and preparing NASA-TLX ,which is a software program on CD entitled "cognitive load measurement ", it is also provided with a numerical test as a subprogram for measuring Cognitive load.

22. Creating an action plan for designing institutional strategic plan in accordance with measures and applied practices for Higher education in ARE issued in April 2008 from National committee for education quality assurance and accreditation .

23. Implementing most of the events of educational workshop for quality assurance and accreditation, and standards of self evaluation for the institutions of higher education in accordance with National committee for education quality assurance and accreditation ,the workshop was held by Quality Assurance unit in Faculty of Education, Damanhour. The events included

 Quality standards in education (academic standards)  A suggested plan for crises management in the faculty  essential foundations for test preparation.  Quality and school accreditation, an overview of Al Boheira schools.
