The company owns one short column still which is almost a century old, and it produces around 50- 60 casks a year. Baron de Sigognac 20yr 40% £20.80 An ongoing bottling of 20-year-old Armagnac from Baron de Sigognac. Made in small batches and blended to produce a rich, sweet spirit that exemplifies Armagnac. Lecompte Pays d’Aux 5yr 40% £14.05 Characterized by the fruit. The fine and discreet presence of the wood has managed to combine with the lightness of the apple.
