Neutronovou aktiva ční analýzou vzork ů filtrovaných piv a varních vod bylo zjiš ťováno, zda lze stanovením n ěkterých prvk ů zjistit, ve kterém pivovaru bylo pivo vyrobeno, tj. ur čení jeho původu. Již d říve byly analyzovány vzorky filtrovaných piv z pivovar ů Staropramen, Budvar, Černá Hora a Litovel. V nich byl sledován obsah křemíku, o n ěmž se tvrdí, že je v pivu přítomen ve form ě s vysokou biologickou dostupností 1. Tento esenciální prvek je sice obsažen i v dalších složkách lidské stravy, ale jeho biologická dostupnost je v nich nižší. V této práci byly analyzovány jak lyofilizáty 10º a 12º filtrovaných piv zna čky Gambrinus ze tří výrobních závod ů - Plze ň, Popovice a Radegast, tak varní vody z uvedených závod ů a několika dalších pivovar ů. Byly sledovány nutri čně i analyticky zajímavé prvky jako je Si, Na, K, Ca, Sc, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Zn, Rb, Cs a La. Zjišt ěné koncentrace byly porovnány s doporu čenými denními dávkami pro člov ěka (DDD). Experimentální část Příprava vzork ů filtrovaných piv Lyofilizáty 10º a 12º piv zna čky Gambrinus z výrobních závod ů Plze ň, Popovice a Radegast (původní objem 250 ml, obsah sušiny 3 - 4 %) byly spalovány v Ni kelímku ve zlatnické peci (Clasic CZ, s.r.o.) v otev řeném systému p ři 600ºC.
