Pioneer Summer Camp!
Ever wonder what it was like to be a pioneer kid? What did they wear and eat? How did they play? What did they do all day? Now you can find out! The Philip Foster Farm National Historic Site in Eagle Creek, Oregon is pleased to present summer camps for kids ages 7 – 12. Campers bring history to life at this popular 1800’s stop off the Oregon Trail on the Barlow Road. Learn pioneer skills from experienced crafters – rope-making, gardening, blacksmithing, wood fire cooking, animal care, sewing, story-telling, music and more.
