PORTFOLIO OF LAND FOR CONVERSION IN KWAZULU-NATAL NOVEMBER 2014 Tongaat hulett has an unequalled portfolio of 8 150 developable hectares of land in prime locations, prepared for unlocking substantial value and UNLOCKING cash flow. The 2014 Integrated Annual Report included details of the portfolio as at 31 March 2014.
