(‘‘Nevsun’’) announced that it had entered into an arrangement agreement (the ‘‘Arrangement Agreement’’) with Reservoir Minerals Inc. (‘‘Reservoir’’), pursuant to which, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Arrangement Agreement, Nevsun will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Reservoir (other than any common shares of Reservoir already owned by Nevsun) pursuant to a plan of arrangement (the ‘‘Arrangement’’) under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). Assuming the Arrangement is completed, each Reservoir shareholder will receive two (2) Nevsun common shares plus Cdn.$0.001 in cash for each Reservoir common share. POKRAJINSKA SKUPŠTINSKA ODLUKA O IZRADI PROSTORNOG PLANA PODRUČJA POSEBNE NAMENE PARKA PRIRODE "JEGRIČKA" ("Sl. list AP Vojvodine", br. 18/2017) Član 1 Pristupa se izradi Prostornog plana područja posebne namene Parka prirode "Jegrička" (u daljem tekstu: Prostorni plan). Član 2 Utvrđuje se okvirna granica obuhvata Prostornog plana, a konačna granica obuhvata Prostornog plana definisaće se nacrtom tog plana. Područje obuhvaćeno okvirnom granicom Prostornog plana, obuhvata delove teritorija sledećih jedinica lokalnih samouprava: - opština Bačka Palanka, katastarska opština Despotovo; - opština Vrbas, katastarske opštine: Savino Selo, Ravno Selo, Zmajevo; - opština Temerin, katastarske opštine: Sirig, Temerin; - opština Srbobran, katastarska opština: Nadalj 1; - opština Žabalj, katastarske opštine: Čurug, Gospođinci, Žabalj. Opis okvirne granice obuhvata Prostornog plana počinje na tromeđi katastarskih opština Savino Selo, Kosančić i Kula, od ove tromeđe granica ide u pravcu istoka prateći severnu granicu katastarskih opština Savino Selo, Ravno Selo, Zmajevo, Sirig, Temerin, Nadalj 1, Čurug i Žabalj do tromeđe katastarskih opština Žabalj, Srpski Aradac i Mošorin. Od ove tromeđe, granica skreće u pravcu zapada prateći južne granice katastarskih opština Žabalj, Gospođinci, Temerin, Sirig, Zmajevo, Ravno Selo i Despotovo, do tromeđe katastarskih opština Despotovo, Silbaš i Pivnice. Nakon ove tromeđe, granica skreće u pravcu severa prateći zapadne granice katastarskih opština Despotovo i Savino Selo, do tromeđe katastarskih opština Savino Selo, Kosančić i Kula, početne tačke opisa. Površna područja obuhvaćenog okvirnom granicom obuhvata Prostornog plana iznosi oko 695 km2. Okvirna granica Prostornog plana data je na grafičkom prikazu, koji čini sastavni deo ove odluke. Član 3 Uslovi i smernice značajni za izradu Prostornog plana sadržani su u Zakonu o Prostornom planu Republike Srbije od 2010. -

Under the rural tourism means all tourism activities that take place in rural areas that require travel services in the same places. Therefore in order to develop rural tourism is necessary to create an offer that includes the involvement of the local population, to preserve the environment in the tourist areas and enable economic gain. All of the above suggests that this approach can talk about sustainable development of rural tourism. The paper presents Vrbas municipality and potential drawbacks for the development of sustainable rural tourism and proposed concrete measures. Key words: Rural tourism, environment, sustainable development. JEL: Q16, M24 Introduction At the beginning of the work it is necessary to look at the definition of sustainable development, rural development and rural tourism, as well as the basic principles of design and context of the proposed measures in further writing work. The concept of sustainable development has become the guiding principle of development policies in a growing number of organizations, from local to national levels. The roots of today’s forms of sustainable development dating back to the values of people that are non- renewable natural resources, there is a lot of negative human impacts on the environment and the need to define and adopt a development direction that will ensure their principles or combine three elements: economic, social and environmental and to the mutual relations of these elements, with the obligatory respect and combination, be progressive, but not right now and the future. -

NIŠ SPEECH IN THE LIGHT OF THE NEWEST SOCIOLINGUISTIC RESEARCH a Tatjana G. Trajković University of Niš, Faculty of Philosophy, Serbian Language Department, Niš, Serbia [email protected] Abstract The new approach to the research of the speech of Niš is explained in this paper, in light of the newest sociolinguistic research. Since the research of the speech of Niš so far were determined by the approaches chosen by the authors and having in mind the newly made conditions in which the city of Niš changed in the demographic sense, the possibility of a newer, more modern and more encompassing exploration of the Niš vernacular has arisen. The goal of the research, the choice of the informers, the manner in which the material was gathered, the methodology of the treatment of the gathered material and the presentation of the results is presented. Following the suggested steps in the sociolinguistic approach to the speech of Niš, a new and more reliable representation of the speech of Niš today would be arrived at. Зборник радова Департмана за географију, туризам и хотелијерство 45–2/2016. POVODOM ODLASKA U PENZIJU Prof. dr Jovan Romelić Prof. dr Jovan Romelić rođen je 1. novembra 1948. godine u Jasenovu (Banat), gde je pohađao osnovnu školu. Gimnaziju je završio u Beloj Cr- kvi, a osnovne studije geografije na Odseku za ge- ografiju Prirodno-matematičkog fakulteta u No- vom Sadu 1971. godine, sa prosečnom ocenom 9,00. Magistarske studije je pohađao u periodu od 1982. do 1985. godine na Prirodno-matematičkom fakul- tetu u Beogradu i sve ispite položio sa prosečnom ocenom 10,00. Magistrirao je sa temom Struktura i funkcija didaktičke aparature u savremenim udž- benicima za geografiju za osnovnu školu u SR Srbiji. Doktorsku disertaciju pod nazivom Geografske osnove razmeštaja agroindustrije u SAP Vojvodini odbranio je na Institutu za geografiju Prirodno-matematičkog fakulteta u No- vom Sadu 1989. godine. Po završetku studija radio je kao profesor geografije u Tehničkoj školi i Gimnaziji u Kosovskoj Kamenici (1972-1974). Potom prelazi u Vršac gde radi u Ekonomskoj školi, od 1974. do 1977. godine; zatim u Centru za zajedničko srednje vaspitanje i obrazovanje u Vršcu, uz dopunjavanje norme časova u osnovnim školama u Vršcu, od 1983. do 1987; od 1987. do 1991. godine predavao je u Gimnaziji u Vršcu. Položio je stručni ispit za pro- fesora geografije 1974. godine sa ocenom pet. U zvanje docenta izabran je 6. septembra 1990. godine, a od 1. oktobra 1991. godine je u radnom odnosu na Institutu za geografiju Prirodno-matematičkog fakulteta u No- vom Sadu, kao docent za užu naučnu oblast Društvena geografija, za predmete Turistič- ka geografija Jugoslavije i Metodika nastave geografije. -

Sindikat je objavio novu tarnim radom , pomagali smo cenu minimalne zarade.Ko- zaposlene u preduzećima koje liko iznosi? finansira opština kao i sva- Sindikat je na sednici socio - kodnevi rad sa zaposlenima u ekonomskog saveta Vlade RS smislu pružanja radno pravne zapravo tražio cenu rada od zaštite.
