453 Abstracts Analyzing the Local Features of Social Culture in Tourism Moosavi, M. Ahangaran, J.** Eftekhari, A.*** Shaverdi, T.**** Objectives: The authors of the present study aims at analyzing the local features of Social culture in tourism based on social security discourse . Method: The method of the survey in data collection is library-documental technique and the opinions of experts are asked through the questionnaire and statistical techniques in 5 spectrums Likert and questionnaire are used to analyze data. Results: The results of the research indicate that Tehran tourism is in an undesired state because of its undesired situation in the following three features: confidence (intimacy and honesty), equipollency (equity and legalism) and association (credit and philanthropy). Conclusion: The authors of the article conclude that the present capacities have to be analyzed to promote and develop the social security level of tourism destinations in a comprehensive and aimed programming. Alibabaee, G.** Narimani, M.*** Khodadadi Joker, F.**** Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of spiritual intelligence and psychological hardiness in social adjustment. All three variables expressed in many other psychological variables can play an important role, and in this regard, their role in different domains is important. Method: The statistical population of the present study was undergraduate students at the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. From this society, 5 faculties were considered and selected by cluster sampling from each college of a discipline and a class, randomly and in a draw. Our sample size was 191 (116 girls and 75 boys), which included Spiritual Intelligence Index, Kobasa's and others' Psychological Hardiness Scale, and Bell's social adjustment questionnaire. Results: In this model, our hypothesis was generally confirmed at the level of 0.001. Also, based on the results, spiritual intelligence at the level of 0.0001 and psychological hardiness at the level of 0.01 significantly contributed to social adjustment Nose. Objectives: The aim of this study is Qualitative analysis of coverage styles among female students of the Ayatollah Broujerdi University. Method: The method adopted in this study is a qualitative method based on an interpretative paradigm that examined this issue. In fact, an interpretive approach seeking to discover why human actions are performed through the spreading of knowledge based on implicit and symbolic meanings are motivations and rules that give direction and meaning to actions. The sample consisted of 30 female college students who were selected by purposeful sampling. 30 semi-structured interviews were conducted for this research. The data were analyzed using analysis technique. Thematic analysis was carried out. A semi-structured interview was used to compile the main information needed, the process of data analysis was such that at the first stage the open encoding was done, then axial coding was done and at the final stage, selective coding was performed. Results: The findings of this study indicate that there are different styles of coverage (veiling) among female students, including personal coverage, modern coverage, coverage, obligatory coverage, coverage status and coverage. Conclusion: The globalization of culture, technology and modern technologies and ... has led to the introduction of new values in Iranian society, which over time has changed the attitude towards the cover (veiling), and there is a fundamental challenge in the motives and different ways of hijab and veiling. Pourbaferani, M.** Niazi, M.*** Objectives: The present survey intends to analysis of illegality of immigrants in Iran with emphasis on psychological variables of spiritual intelligence and styles of identity. Method: The approach of the article is quantitative and applied research. The strategy of research is experimental research. Descriptive and correlation test are used to analyze data. Results: The results of this study indicate the effect of demographic variables such as: gender, age, marital status, reason of Immigration, academic degree and length of inhabitancy on the illegality of Afghan students of Kashan City. Also, there is a negative and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and illegality. On the other hand, the results indicate that people with the informative and diffuse identity style are more likely to become illegality, and students with a normative and commitment identity style are less inclined to illegality. Conclusion: According to the results, in order to reduce the illegality of immigrant students, efforts to reinforce spiritual intelligence and accelerate their socialization, especially in the first years of migration, are suggested. Hosseini, Z.** The elites are extremely important from the perspective of the Holy Quran, given their status and power to influence the evolution of society. The growth and evolution of any society is a function of the will of the elites and their alignment with the values of society, and in the process of globalization, in addition to seizing opportunities, they can turn threats into opportunities. Objectives: Achieving the elite motivational components of the Holy Quran, their ways of strengthening and effectiveness and their evolutionary role. Method: Using the "content analysis" method, and utilizing the Qur'anic verses and extracting related statements in the elite domain, as well as analyzing them and classifying the extracted topics, the mentioned components were obtained. Results and Conclusion: The components of elite selection in three areas of vision, orientation and secretarial and empowerment methods in two parts of reinforcement and promotion are considered. Another finding is the effectiveness of elites in creating a desirable and transformative society that can be evaluated in both the infrastructure and the stabilization and sustainability phases. Another consequence is the reciprocal relationship between elite propositions for growth.
