By adapting the most critical Western ideas about the Islamic Revolution of Iran and analyzing its similarities and differences with Bahrain's February 14th movement, some of their most significant similarities and differences can be found. The " Goldstone's fourth generation " theory, which was presented as one of the late theories in the cause of the revolution, was evaluated by some scholars of the Islamic revolution in Iran and is still under investigation. The present study aimed at explaining the similarities and differences between the two events and evaluate the influence Bahrain’s movement from the Islamic Revolution of Iran through the comparative analysis of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and Bahrain's February 14th movement based on Goldstone's fourth generation theory. The findings of this study which were obtained based on a descriptive- analytical method and collection of sources based on the library and interviews with elite indicated that the Bahrain’s system in Bahrain's February 14th movement attempted to deny the effect of the Iranian revolution on Bahrain and introduce Bahrain's developments due to religious differences between Shiite and Sunni.

    CYBER THREAT ANALYSIS | Despite Infighting and Volatility, Iran Maintains Aggressive Cyber Operations Structure By Insikt Group® CTA-IR-2020-0409 CYBER THREAT ANALYSIS | IRAN Recorded Future’s Insikt Group® is conducting ongoing research on the organizations involved in Iran’s cyber program. This report serves to provide greater insight into the major military and intelligence bodies involved in Iran’s offensive cyber program. Although offensive cyber capabilities include domestic attacks, we researched those organizations with declared international missions. Due to the secretive nature of some organizations and lack of verifiable information, we incorporated competing hypotheses to adhere to industry analytic standards. For the purposes of this research, we investigated the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), including the Basij, as well as the Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS), and the Ministry of Defense and Armed Force Logistics (MODAFL). Although the report suggests links between a select number of advanced persistent threat (APT) groups and certain intelligence organizations, we are unable to conclusively assign them to specific agencies due to gaps in information about each group. The sources for our research primarily include intelligence surfaced in the Recorded Future® Platform, industry research released by Symantec, FireEye, ClearSky, and PaloAlto, among others, and open source news reports. Executive Summary While the Iranian cyber program remains at the forefront of Tehran’s asymmetric capabilities, its intelligence apparatus is colored by various dysfunctions and seemingly destabilizing traits. In particular, the politicization of its various intelligence agencies and ensuing domestic feuds have reportedly polarized officer-level rank and file throughout the various security crises of the Islamic Republic.

It also is one of the important factors in Islamic economy. Based or juridical bases, zakah is essential for some commodity, these commodities are as following. Quadruplet corn (wheat, barley, dates and raisin) triad animals (camel, cow and sheep) and current gold and silver coins each of these commodities is payable based on value and condition that is special to them. The survey with considering juridical literature establish zakah functions and provide suitable and applying model to compute potential capacity of charity and by applying this model compute potential capacity of charity from 2000 to 2010 in Iran. The results of surrey show that zakah by itself is insufficient to remove poverty in community and we should use another types of Islamic taxes. Mater of charity in Quran is as important as pray. And Quran wherever command to pray, command to charity too many people confirm zakah as a condition for qualifying of pray.

    IRAN’S REGIME OF RELIGION Mehdi Khalaji Since the Iranian Revolution in 1979, the Islamic Republic has modernized and bureau- cratized the clerical establishment, redefined religion and created institutions to enforce this new definition. The effect has been a transformation of religion into a symbolic form of capital. By monopolizing religious affairs, the political system has become a regime of religion in which the state plays the role of central banker for symbolic religious capital. Consequently, the expansion and monopolization of the religious market have helped the Islamic Republic increase the ranks of its supporters and beneficiaries significantly, even among critics of the government. This article demonstrates how the accumulation of reli- gious capital in the hands of the government mutually influences the nature of the state and the clerical establishment and will continue to do so in Iran’s uncertain future. “The problem is not one of constructing definitions of religion. It is a matter of discovering just what sorts of beliefs and practices support what sorts of faith under what sorts of conditions. Our problem, and it grows worse by the day, is not to define religion but to find it.” Clifford Geertz1 he political orientation of the Shiite clergy did not originate with the Iranian TRevolution in 1979. Shiism had political value in Iran long before the founding of the Islamic Republic. Five centuries ago, the Safavid dynasty established Shiism as the government’s official ideology. This was a historical turning point for the Shiite clerical establishment, which benefited from new political, social and eco- nomic privileges.

    453 Abstracts Analyzing the Local Features of Social Culture in Tourism Moosavi, M. Ahangaran, J.** Eftekhari, A.*** Shaverdi, T.**** Objectives: The authors of the present study aims at analyzing the local features of Social culture in tourism based on social security discourse . Method: The method of the survey in data collection is library-documental technique and the opinions of experts are asked through the questionnaire and statistical techniques in 5 spectrums Likert and questionnaire are used to analyze data. Results: The results of the research indicate that Tehran tourism is in an undesired state because of its undesired situation in the following three features: confidence (intimacy and honesty), equipollency (equity and legalism) and association (credit and philanthropy). Conclusion: The authors of the article conclude that the present capacities have to be analyzed to promote and develop the social security level of tourism destinations in a comprehensive and aimed programming. Terrorist groups utilize religion and its credos and principles as a means for their goals. This paper seeks to unveil the real face of terrorist groups like ISIL which ruining the cultural heritages and approves that against of their accuse they aren’t Muslims. Intent to destroy and despoil the cultural heritage has been conducted by ISIL since 2014 in Syria and Iraq. For example ISIL destroyed buildings include the minaret of the Great Mosques of Aleppo and Mousel and the Al-Madina. Irena Bokova, the director-general of UNESCO requested publicly for the safeguarding of Syria's cultural heritage and announced it as "grave concern about possible damage to precious sites’’ On 30 March 2012. The Islamic State in Iraq and Levant destroyed the Lion of Al-lāt, the temples of Bel and Baalshamin, the Arch of Triumph and other sites in Palmyra. The group also destroyed the Monastery of St. Elian, the Armenian Genocide Memorial Church, and several ancient sculptures in the city of Ar-Raqqah and Mousel. Since terrorists have introduced themselves as Muslim so the question here is why they destroyed and are still destroying the ancient relics in Syria and Iraq as Islamic countries?
