From the south-facing living room and the spacious terrace surrounding the pool, you have an enchanting panoramic view of the coastal area and the ocean. The villa was built in 1997 and consists of 2 parts: the house with 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom and an outbuilding with a garage and a third bedroom with bathroom. The villa has ventilated cavity walls and is equipped with central heating and electric floor heating. A wonderful villa to live in and due to the unique location near the most beautiful beaches and the view over the ocean very suitable for a good rental income. A gravel driveway leads to the yard with space for several cars. Next to the garage is a shade cloth under where you can park the car as well. The garage is accessible via the manually operated garage door or a side door. This is also the entrance to the bright third bedroom with a bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom has generous fitted wardrobes and is equipped with central heating. Through an arched passage you reach the front door of the villa. In the entrance hall is a guest toilet and a glazed door opens into the spacious living room of about 45m2. This has sliding doors to a shaded seating area and on the south side to the front terrace by the pool. In the living / dining room also 2 large windows offer views of the pool and the ocean. In the living room is a built-in cupboard wall. Initially there was an open kitchen, which was closed afterwards. The kitchen walls are put on the continuous floor of square Sta Catarina tiles and may be removed again. The same tiles continue on the outside terrace and are treated with protective material in the living room, which gives them the appearance of ceramic tiles. The 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are directly accessible from the living room. One bedroom has sliding doors to the front terrace and the swimming pool. All bedrooms have high sloping ceilings that runs with the roof, giving an extra spacious feel. The kidney-shaped pool is approximately 8x4 meters and has a walk-in staircase. It is surrounded by a spacious terrace with calçadas inlay with plenty of space for sun loungers and there is an outdoor shower. The plot has a fence on one side, on the other side it runs into adjacent plots on which no more buildings may be built. • Unsere Strände in Der Algarve
Schauen Sie selbst was Sie in Portugal entdecken möchten.

You have probably heard about the Algarve. A friend may have told you about one of its magnificent beaches, maybe you’ve seen a report about its cuisine or perhaps you’ve picked up a brochure like this one before. But there is an Algarve that you haven’t seen, tasted or explored before: it’s the Algarve that the local people know and love. For almost three thousand years Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Greeks, Romans, Goths, Maghrebins and Mauritanians did what you do - they passed through the Algarve. Until, in 1249, the Al-Gharb (“the West”) was finally taken from the Islamic world by Sancho II, who took the title of King of Portugal and the Algarve. Since then, the pride shared by the inhabitants of the Algarve has compelled them to reveal their region’s greatest secrets to visitors – about their favourite beaches, hidden hamlets, natural walks and even recommending the best restaurants. Sun and Sea 2 Golf 8 Health and Wellness 14 Culture 20 Nature 26 Nautical Tourism 32 Sport 38 Meeting Industry 44 1 St. Vicent Lighthouse Beliche Beach Sun and Sea The Horizon as a meeting point 2 Barra da Armona - Olhão 4 Sun and Sea Let us reveal a secret: the word Algarve comes from the Arabic “Al Gharb”, meaning “West”, but if you’ve been here before you know that it could also mean sun and sea. The sun shines brightly in the Algarve for around 300 days a year, during spring and summer naturally, but in autumn and winter as well. The sea is always ready to welcome swimmers, surfers, body-boarders, divers, fishermen, yachtsmen, sailors and any other lovers of clear, warm waters.

Certainly nothing that the region’s most fervent fans are not already aware of. They experience a constant stream of emotions, awakened by the fine sandy beaches, the scent of the sea air, the greenish-blue colour of the sea, the tiny inhabitants of the rock pools (such as crabs and starfish) and the larger ones in the waters along the shore (such as dolphins), the warm sun flooding the natural landscape with its golden rays and all the vast array of activities on offer at the beach. Holidaymakers are spoiled for choice here. You can go surfing, bodyboarding, water skiing, kitesurfing, parasailing or deep-sea fishing; there are organised boat trips, pedal boats and kayaks; you can play seaside racquet games, build gigantic sandcastles, read a book or simply soak in the refreshing waters of the Atlantic. All of these activities can be enjoyed on our beaches. And if you’re a dedicated beachgoer, you’re bound to have tried several, all of them offering safety and excellent services for summer holidaymakers. But being a fan of the Algarve’s beaches means more still: it means recognising that they are more inviting than any others for holidays in summer and walking in winter, as an alternative to the uplands of the serra.
