I Tournament Dates A. Sectionals 1. May 23– May 28, 2018 2. All sectional championship games must be scheduled on Monday, May 28, 2018. 3. Rain date/s – to be determined by the center school. 4. It is expected that equalization of pitching be addressed in the initial tournament schedule. 5.     STATE SOLO & ENSEMBLE INFORMATION - VOCAL & PIANO EVENTS PERRY MERIDIAN HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL All times are E.S.T. (Indianapolis time) All Vocal Events will be held at Perry Meridian High School, 401 W. Meridian School Road. All Piano Events will be held at Perry Meridian Middle School, 202 W. Meridian School Road, on the north side of the street. MAPS & SCHEDULES: Directors: Give your students a copy of the building map along with the schedule! NOTE: Vocal Warm-up rooms and Performance rooms will be located on both the First and Second floors. A Teacher Workroom will be available to directors at PMHS in room 11M (located across from the cafeteria). PARKING: Parking for this event is very limited. Please make arrangements to carpool or travel in vans and minibuses to limit the number of vehicles at the site. Parking at Perry Meridian H.S. is available on the East side of the building, and parking at Perry Meridian M.S. on the South side of the building. PLEASE, NO PARKING ALONG THE STREET! Additional parking at Perry Meridian Middle School is available to assist with overflow from Vocal events at the High School. Please park only in areas designated for parking. No parking on grass, street, or where prohibited. No parking in fire lanes. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. BUSES: Students may be dropped off on the East Side of Perry Meridian High School and enter through the Main Entrance (#1). Proposal #1: change IHSAA by-law 15-2.4 to include the changes shaded below. 15-2.4 Conditioning Program During the School Year Out-of-Season, a student who participates in Individual Sports and in Team Sports may participate in a Conditioning Program; a Conditioning Program is a program which occurs in a School's gymnasium, playing field or other School facility and is designed for and limited to activities which promote physical fitness and exclude game drills.
