Erika’s activities and honors include: National Honors Society, Computer Science Honors Society, Academic Honors Diploma, Provost Scholarship (IU Bloomington), HHSP Hudson Program Scholarship(IU Bloomington), Luddy Hudson and Holland Scholarship(IU Bloomington) Science Olympiad, Chess Club, Symphony Orchestra All American Academic Award(for Swimming 2020-2021), Freshmen School record holder in 100 Breaststroke, All-State Honorable Mention(Tennis 2019), MVP (Tennis 2020) Erika will attend IU Bloomington to major in Computer Science. Alexandria Monroe High School coached by Matt DeVault Reiley Hiser - Reiley is the daughter of Brenda and James Hiser. Reiley’s activities and honors include: Received a scholarship for GPA and SAT at Indiana University Kokomo where she is receiving the same amount from the tennis team. Recipient of the Daughters of the Revolution, National Honor Society, Academic Honors. Youth Leadership Academy, Balance, Spanish Club, SADD, FCA, Student Council, Prom Committee, Class President junior and senior year Selected as all conference, all district, elite 11(herald bulletin) for tennis this year. During the 2019 year she was all conference and all district. Also, her team won County, Conference, and Sectionals(also known as triple crown) this year and also their 2019 year. She was captain this year for tennis and for the past 2 years for basketball. Reiley will be attending Indiana University Kokomo, where she will be majoring in Health Science Pre- Physical Therapy and playing tennis. Alexandria Monroe High School coached by Matt DeVault Gracyn Hosier - Gracyn is the daughter of Mickey and Amanda Hosier. Gracyn’s activities and honors include: National Honor Society, CNA certification, Academic All State for tennis, Madison County Commuter Scholarship for Anderson University. County champ for tennis in 2018, CIC, County, and Sectional champ for tennis in 2019 and 2021 SADD, Youth Leadership Academy, Balance(2nd year of YLA), Prom Committee, Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Gracyn will be attending Anderson University, where she will be majoring in nursing and is undecided at this time about playing tennis in college. Covenant Christian High School coached by Sean Bird Hana Anderson - Hana is the daughter of Sheri and Tim Andreson. Hana’s activities and honors include: She received a merit scholarship to Butler University. Played Basketball Freshman and Sophomore year (lettered both years) All City Sophomore year (no season Junior year) and All City Senior year Hana plans to attend Butler University and major in Communication. Fort Wayne Carroll High School coached by Kyle Stoffel Emily Davis - Emily is the daughter of Steve and Rebecca Davis. Emily’s activities and honors include: National Honor Society and had honors with distinction all 4 years of high school. Involved with Vera Bradley Turn the Town Pink, She and her mother have been helping since she was 8 years old with the organization. Played doubles on Varsity and her team was 2021 Sectional Champs Emily will be attending Purdue University and majoring in Microbiology. Guerin Catholic High School coached by Becky Ragsdale Ellen Gardner-Ellen is the daughter of Troy & Viki Gardner Ellen’s activities and honors include: Suma Cum Laude graduate; Full International Baccalaureate Diploma; National Honor Society; Most Outstanding Player Award (2019, 2021); 2021 St. Theodore Guerin Athletic Award; 4-Year Award (Varsity Tennis); Varsity Tennis Captain (2 years); Todd Witsken Memorial Award 2020 Guerin Catholic Musical productions including "Suessical" (lead role); Golden Voice choral group; Eagles Wings service group; DECA; Sacred Ground Coffee Shop Social Media Manager; Best Buddies; Boys Varsity Tennis Manager Ellen plans to attend DePauw University with a focus on biology and she will play tennis for the Tigers. Lydia’s activities and honors include: Merit Scholarship and Dean Scholarship from Grace College Junior Team Tennis participant since 2013 All State Honorable Mention freshman and sophomore year, #2 singles County and Sectional Champion Freshman Year, #1 singles County and Sectional Champion Sophomore and Senior Year, District 4 all district singles freshman and sophomore year, Hancock County Girls Tennis Player of the Year Sophomore year Lydia is attending Grace College to major in exercise science, on an academic and athletic scholarship for tennis. Westfield High School coached by Trudy Coler Julia Gabennesch - Julia is the daughter of Travis & Jean Gabennesch. Julia’s activities and honors include: National Honor Society, Distinguished Graduate (GPA over 4.3), Academic All State Tennis, Academic All State Cross Country x2, National Merit Scholarship Finalist, Spanish Honor Society, Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement Throughout High School; earned Certificate of Multilingual Proficiency in Spanish; AP Scholar with Honor Elected Senior Class Officer, secretary of Westfield’s National Honor Society; member Dance Marathon Club & Chicken Nugget Club; volunteer at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Merciful Help Center Choice Food Pantry; fitness attendant at the Club at Chatham Hills Received Most Improved Award, MVP Award, and Sportsmanship Award for tennis; 4 years varsity for tennis, 2 years varsity cross country Julia will attend Purdue University to study Engineering, and hopes to join the clun tennis team. Westview High School coached by Carrie Clark Hallie Mast - Hallie is the daughter of Craig and Jessica Mast. Hallie’s activities and honors include: Lilly Scholarship Finalist, National Honors Society, National Art Honor Society, Class Officer Student Council, Yearbook All- Conference Tennis, Honorable Mention All-conference Basketball, MVP Basketball, Sectional Champions Tennis, Undefeated regular season conference tennis, Team Captain Volleyball and Basketball Hallie will attend Grace College to major in biology, minor in art and chemistry, and possibly play tennis. NATIONAL ANTHEM CLAIRE RECKERT Claire will be a junior at Center Grove High School next fall. She is a two-year member of the Center Grove girls tennis team. As a freshman she was a member of the Accents choir where the theme was Latin America. This past year she was a member of Debtones, the varsity all female choir. The Debtones choir completed the winter competition undefeated. In the fall, Claire will become a member of Sound System, which is a mixed varsity choir. GUEST SPEAKER REBECCA MATLER Rebecca played high school tennis for Center Grove where she was a four-year varsity member and a Four-year All-State player. She was one-half of the 2006 Doubles State Champion team. She continued her tennis career at Bellarmine University. While playing for Bellarmine, she was the GVLC freshman of the year in 2009 and the 2010 GVLC player of the year. She broke the record for most wins, while playing one singles and one doubles. Rebecca graduated from Bellarmine with her physical therapy degree. She then worked as an outpatient physical therapist for a hospital in North St. Louis for four years. She then
