INACHIN „MÄRTYRER MIT EINEM KLEINEN HÄUFLEIN GETREUER"1 Der erste Gauleiter der NSDAP in Pommern Karl Theodor Vahlen Glaubt man der Gaugeschichtsschreibung, nahm die NSDAP Pommerns „infolge ei­ ner wenig glücklichen politischen Führung keine nennenswerte Entwicklung"2. Der Gaupressesprecher, der 1940 seinem Buch „Der Gau Pommern" ein Kapitel „Der Weg der Bewegung" beifügen mußte, zog es vor, sich über den Aufenthalt des Ge­ freiten Hitler im Lazarett in Pasewalk zu verbreiten. Die Frühgeschichte der pom- merschen NSDAP war indes kein Thema3. So ist auch der erste Gauleiter der pom- merschen NSDAP, der Mathematikprofessor Karl Theodor Vahlen, der bis 1927 die Partei in dieser östlichen preußischen Provinz aufgebaut hatte, in Vergessenheit gera­ ten. Die Forschung, die sich, auch mangels Quellen, kaum mit der Geschichte des Aufstiegs der Nationalsozialisten in Pommern beschäftigt hat, fragte nicht, warum die „Kampfzeit" im Gau Pommern so wenig Aufmerksamkeit erfuhr4. Daran knüpft sich zwangsläufig die Frage an, ob dem pommerschen Gauleiter nur deshalb so we­ nig Beachtung geschenkt wurde, weil seine politische Arbeit so wenig Bemerkens­ wertes enthält, oder ob nicht doch ganz andere Gründe für dessen Nichtbeachtung vorliegen. 1 Hermann Fobke, Aus der nationalsozialistischen Bewegung. Poz. 35 UCHWAŁA NR XXV/187/2020 RADY MIEJSKIEJ W CHOJNIE z dnia 26 listopada 2020 r. w sprawie przeprowadzenia konsultacji z mieszkańcami Gminy Chojna w przedmiocie zmiany granic administracyjnych miasta Chojna Na podstawie art. 4b ust. 1 pkt 1 w zw. z art. 4a ust. 2 pkt 1, art. 5 ust. 1, ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 8 marca 1990 r. o samorządzie gminnym (Dz. U z 2020 r., poz. 713, poz.1378), uchwala się, co następuje: § 1. 1. Postanawia się przeprowadzić konsultacje z mieszkańcami Gminy Chojna, z ograniczeniem do mieszkańców miasta Chojna, mieszkańców sołectwa Mętno i mieszkańców sołectwa Czartoryja, w celu przeprowadzenia zmiany granic administracyjnych miasta Chojna, polegającej na włączeniu części obszaru sołectwa Mętno i sołectwa Czartoryja. 2. Obszar, o którym mowa w ust. 1 obejmuje: 1) działki należące do sołectwa Mętno, w skład którego wchodzi część obrębu geodezyjnego Wilkoszyce – zgodnie z mapą stanowiącą załącznik nr 1 do uchwały; 2) działki należące do sołectwa Czartoryja, w skład którego wchodzi część obrębu geodezyjnego Barnkowo- zgodnie z mapą stanowiącą załącznik nr 2 do uchwały. § 2. 1. Konsultacje polegać będą na zasięgnięciu opinii, o których mowa w § 1, poprzez oddanie głosu na ankiecie konsultacyjnej, według wzoru stanowiącego załącznik nr 3 do niniejszej uchwały. 2. Wyrażenie opinii polegać będzie na umieszczeniu w odpowiedniej rubryce: „Jestem za”, „Jestem przeciw”, „Wstrzymuję się”, znaku ,,X” i złożeniu podpisu na ankiecie konsultacyjnej. 3. W przedmiocie konsultowanej sprawy ustala się następującej treści pytania: 1) „Czy jest Pani/Pan za zmianą granic miasta Chojna polegającą na włączeniu do miasta Chojna - części obszaru sołectwa Mętno, w skład której wchodzi część obrębu geodezyjnego Wilkoszyce?” oraz 2) „Czy jest Pani/Pan za zmianą granic miasta Chojna polegającą na włączeniu do miasta Chojna - części obszaru sołectwa Czartoryja, w skład której wchodzi część obrębu geodezyjnego Barnkowo?” § 3.

Pomeranian Bay as an ecotone is a transition zone between two different biocenoses, which is characterized by an increase in biodiversity and species density. Therefore, Pomeranian Bay is a destination of finding and reproductive migrations of fish from the rivers entered the area. The aim of the study was to compare parasitic fauna of two predatory fish species from the Pomeranian Bay, collected from the same fishing grounds at the same period. A total of 126 fish studied (53 perches and 73 zanders) were collected in the summer 2013. Parasitological examinations included: skin, fins, gills, vitreous humour and lens of the eye, mouth cavity, body cavity and internal organs. Apart from the prevalence and intensity of infection (mean, range) the parasite communities of both fish species were compared. European perch and zander were infected with parasites from five different taxonomic units. The most numerous parasites were Diplostomum spp. in European perch and Bucephalus polymorphus in zander. The prevalence of infection of European perch ranged from 5.7% ( Diphyllobothrium latum ) to 22.3% ( Diplostomum spp.) and for zander from 1.4% ( Ancyrocephalus paradoxus , Hysterothylacium aduncum ) to 12.3% ( Bucephalus polymorphus ).
