Cocktail Menu The Perrier-Jouët Champagne Terrace Heated and covered garden to the rear of the venue, open until 1am. Welcome to Sub 13 It is our intention to provide you with superb drinks and a great night. The menu serves as a starting point, but feel free to ask one of our professional bartenders for advice, or if there is something you would like that is not listed herein. HOUSE RULES We always go large, so 50ml measures are served as standard. 25ml measures are available on request as are 125ml glasses of wine. Don’t ask for less ice, it is there to keep your drink cold and undiluted, so it is perfect from first to last sip. Remember our neighbours and exit the bar quietly. We can call you a cab if you have a long way to go. No trashy fancy dress, confetti, glitter, inflatables, etc. Trust your bartender - we’re here to help. And remember, service isn’t included!
