Livonia Partners, the only dedicated pan-Baltic private equity fund, is looking for candidates for a full-time internship based either in , or .

We are looking for dynamic self-starters and team players with an interest in finance and investing. We offer an opportunity to join a pan-Baltic investment team. You will learn how to evaluate investment opportunities by performing financial analysis, building industry knowledge, and speaking to entrepreneurs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building understanding of private equity investing

• Analyzing potential investment targets across the Baltic region; reviewing market, financial and business data

• Learning to assess investment opportunities and to build investment cases

• Meeting people leading and managing companies

• Developing market and industry intelligence for specific cases

• Building investment models

• Having exposure to managing Livonia’s portfolio companies

Requirements for the role:

• Self-starter with interest in finance and investing

• Team player working across the Livonia team

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Understanding fundamentals of financial and business analysis

• Fluent in English and one of Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
