Monographie De La Commune Rurale D'antehiroka 1 MONOGRAPHIE DE LA COMMUNE RURALE D’ANTEHIROKA 1-Presentation de la Commune rurale d’Antehiroka 1-1-Bref Historique ANDRIAMASINAVALONA donna un statut aux Antehiroka, descendants des plus anciens souverains du pays. Il a ordonné aux Antehiroka: De prononcer les bénédictions et de recevoir le “hasina”. De disposer les nattes lors des circoncisions que se manifeste toute la gloire d’Antehiroka. Les bénédictions constituent l’offrande unique qui consacre le fils du souverain qu’on va circonscrire. Et seuls les Antehiroka en ont la charge et tous les Antehiroka sans exception savent procéder aux bénédictions. ANDRIAMPIROKANA était la personne qu’ ANDRIAMASINAVALONA désignait par le terme: enfant d’un “HOMME “ ANDRIAMPIROKANA, ANTEHIROKA réputé chez les Merina, ainsi que ses deux fils ANDRIAMBODILOVA et RATSIMANDAFIKA étaient liés par des liens d’affection aux souverains de l’époque qui en avaient fait leurs conseillers et les avaient associés à la garde de l’état. Tous les trois eurent une nombreuse lignée et devinrent grand-père dans les localités où le roi les fixa: ANDRIAMPIROKANA à AMBOHITRINIMANGA et à AMBODITSIRY, ANDRIAMBODILOVA à AMBOHITRINIARIVO. ils ont été tous les trois ancêtres les plus réputés chez les ANTEHIROKA. Tout cela a fait dire à la population que l’ombre des ancêtres d’AMBOHIMANARIBA, d’AMBOHITRINIARIVO et surtout d’AMPAMAHO est sacrée. De plus, ce sont les ANTEHIROKA qui offrent le “hasina” au souverain. Si le roi désire entreprendre un travail, ce sont les ANTEHIROKA seuls qui offrent le “hasina”. Si le roi vient à mourir les ANTEHIROKA offrent le “LAMBAMENA” (linceul) que l’on met au contact de son corps. Et les ANTEHIROKA sont “tsi-mati-manota”, qu’on met pas à mort pour une faute commise). A l’approche du bain quand le roi fait venir de la région de l’Ouest les boeufs destinés à cette occasion et que les boeufs passent sur le territoire des ANTEHIROKA, les ANTEHIROKA se servent en les enlevant sans demander l’autorisation. Le roi y trouve rien à dire: “ ils sont à eux” dit-il, “ car ils sont tsi-mati-manota” lorsqu’on fait monter les boeufs appartenant au roi, ils ont droit d’en prendre. Mais si d’autres qu’eux ne prennent, leurs femmes et leurs enfants sont réduits à l'esclavage. Tiré de “ l’Histoire des Rois” du RP. La Commune rurale d’Antehiroka se situe à 5 km du chef-lieu du district; à 8 km d’Antananarivo Renivohitra et à 5 km de l'Aéroport International d’Ivato. Elle est traversée par la route nationale n°4 vers Mahajanga. - Délimitation administrative Les Communes riveraines qui délimitent la commune d’Antehiroka: Au Nord: La Commune d’Ivato A l’Ouest: La commune de Talatamaty A l’Est: La commune Urbaine d’Antananarivo Renivohitra (6ème arrondissement Ambohimanarina). Au Sud: La Commune d’Ambohitrimanjaka - Superficie totale La superficie totale de la commune est de 10,15 km2, elle est classée parmi les communes rurales de 1ère catégorie, contenant 09 fokontany subdivisés en 49 quartiers. Caractéristiques de la population La plupart de la population est jeune, environ deux tiers de la population a moins de 25 ans (60%) et près de la moitié a moins de 20ans (48%). La jeunesse de la population d’Antehiroka entraîne une demande sociale croissante en éducation, santé, emplois …Il est important de placer la population et surtout les jeunes au centre du développement de notre Commune. 2.2. LANDRY CHINESE AGRICULTURAL AND MANUFACTURING INVESTMENT IN MADAGASCAR WORKING PAPER 5 July 2016 SAIS China-Africa Research Initiative Working Paper Series Abstract Madagascar’s abundant natural resources, low labor costs, and geographic location make it a potentially attractive destination for Chinese outward investment as rising wages in China and domestic competition increasingly drive firms to “go out.” The current wave of Chinese investment in the country may have significant implications for the development and potential transformation of the Madagascan economy, particularly through the agriculture and manufacturing sectors. Having generated its own economic boom with the help of foreign investment, can Chinese overseas investment play a similar role in fostering technological spillovers and upgrading in other low-income countries? Our research finds some evidence of limited technology transfer occurring from Chinese firms in Madagascar, yet currently, Chinese investment remains small in scope, and is also constrained by a problematic policy environment.     Madagascar: Cyclone Enawo Situation Report No. 4 28 March 2017 This report is issued by the Bureau National de Gestion des Risques et des Catastrophes (BNGRC) and the Humanitarian Country Team in Madagascar. It covers the period from 17 to 24 March. The next report will be issued early in April 2017, and will be published every two weeks thereafter. Highlights • On 23 March 2017, humanitarian partners in Madagascar and the Government jointly launched a Flash Appeal for $20 million to provide support to 250,000 vulnerable people affected by Cyclone Enawo. • Response activities are rapidly being scaled up, with supplies, additional humanitarian organizations and staff arriving in the most-affected areas of north- eastern Madagascar. • Since the start of the response, more than 76,400 people have received food assistance, and more than 55,700 people have received WASH support. In addition, 60,000 people have received support to access health care, while 8,050 households have benefited from emergency shelter assistance.
