Not sure what to do with the kids those 2 days before camp starts? We have a fun and easy solution! COMPUTER EXPLORER’S CAMP CREATE YOUR OWN 3D VIDEO GAME (AGES 8–11) This camp will inspire creativity and imagination. The children will design and edit what they want to include in their 3D worlds. Their characters will be able to go inside buildings, view scenes from above, from the sides and the back. They will decide on locations, obstacles, vehicles, characters and more. Each character can move individual body parts which adds to the reality and complexity of their video games. Will they include Aliens? Helicopters? Animals? Castles? Superheroes? Become captivated by lasers, dry ice, watch hair-raising Van de Graaff experiments, help solve a mystery, and so much more! Tinker with circuits, catapults, and experience what happens when you mix science and fun! Come get SLIMED with your friends! Bring a lunch! Lots of food to eat, plus a chef’s hat, apron, recipe booklet, and certificate of completion. Campers will enjoy all of the same camp activities with the Rolling Hills Explore children in the morning and then join Churchville Expedition in the afternoon! It’s the best of both worlds! Sports, arts and crafts, Friday Theme Days, and tons of games and activities are waiting for you this summer! Campers will eat lunch (not included)at Rolling Hills while the 1/2 day Explore campers are being dismissed. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, Expedition Rolling Hills will be bussed to join Churchville campers at Northampton Valley Country Club. Pick up is at 3:30 PM from Northampton Valley County Club on swim days. On Wednesdays and Fridays, Expedition Rolling Hills will be bussed to Churchville at 12:30 PM and pick up will take place at Churchville Elementary at 3:30 PM. Rolling Hills Expedition will also follow the Churchville Expedition trip schedule – 4 trips included and Camp Carnival Day all included! Camp Explore offers the best of both worlds! Camp Explore is a half day program that is loaded with fun activities to keep your child happy and active! This seven week program offers sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts and special Friday Theme Days! If you are looking for a little bit more, Camp Explore offers swimming from 12:30–3:30 one day a week at an additional fee. Give your child a taste of camp and enjoy your afternoons together all summer! Camp is NOT in session on the three included trip days. Additional trips will NOT be offered. Weekly themes are incorporated into the activities for added fun! One week your child could be on a Jungle Safari, and the next on an Adventure in Space! Every week, is new, different and tons of fun! Camper: Counselor Ratio is 5:1.
