That at 107 First Avenue East, Nipawin, on November 7th, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., I shall open the ballot boxes and, in the case of a general election, I shall open the ballot envelopes containing the ballots of voters at hospitals and remand centres, count those ballots and, where there are absentee voters and displaced voters, open the ballot envelopes containing the ballots of those voters and count those ballots and make the addition of the votes given for each candidate and declare elected the candidate having the largest number of votes.

Any person violating the provision of subsection 189(1) is guilty of an offence and, subject to subsection 216(2) of this Act, if convicted, is liable to a fine of not more than $5,000.00 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
