Directions to the the Rostie Group, 20 Bay Street, Toronto, ON M5J 2N8 (Bay & Queen's Quay) From East Take 401 West to Don Valley Parkway. Take Don Valley Parkway South to Gardiner Expressway. Once on Gardiner Expressway, take the Yonge/York/Bay exit. Turn left onto Bay Street and proceed just south of Harbour Street. 20 Bay will be on the right, at the south-west corner of Bay and Harbour Sts. From North Take Highway 400 South to Highway 401 West, Highway 401 West to Highway 427 South, then Highway 427 South to Gardiner Expressway Toronto. Take the Yonge/York/Bay Exit to the Bay St. ramp. Turn right at the first light and proceed just south of Harbour Street. 20 Bay will be on the right, at the south-west corner of Bay and Harbour Sts. From West Take Highway 401 East to Highway 427 South to Gardiner Expressway Toronto. Take the Yonge/York/Bay Exit to the Bay St. ramp. Turn right at the first light and proceed just south of Harbour Street. 20 Bay will be on the right, at the south-west corner of Bay and Harbour Sts. From Lester B. Pearson International Airport Take Highway 427 South to the Gardiner Expressway Toronto. Take the Yonge/York/Bay Exit to the Bay St. ramp. Turn right at the first set of lights and proceed just south of Harbour Street. 20 Bay will be on the right, at the south-west corner of Bay and Harbour Sts. Accessing the Gardiner Westbound from 20 Bay Head south on Bay St toward Queens Quay W. Take the 1st right onto Queens Quay W. Turn right at York St. Turn left to merge onto Gardiner Expressway W. Continue onto Queen Elizabeth Way W. Accessing the Gardiner Eastbound from 20 Bay Head north on Bay St. Take slight right onto the Gardiner Express way E ramp to Don Valley Pkway. Merge onto Gardiner Expy E/Ontario King's Hwy. By Subway Union Station is the closest subway stop, located .6 km north of 20 Bay. There is also a streetcar stop at Queens Quay which is directly in front of 10 Bay (underground). Parking There is a public parking lot on the west side of WaterPark Place, with access from Queen’s Quay (see the “P1” on the map below). There is also an underground parking lot at WaterPark Place, with access off Harbour Street just west of 10 Bay (see photo below). There is also a public lot (see “P2”) at the northwest corner of Bay and Harbour Streets, with access from Bay. .
