VIZIJA I CILJEVI 1.1. UVOD U zadnjem dijelu je definiran plan koji cijeli proces preuređenja pruge dijeli u nekoliko zona i nekoliko razina uređenosti putem kojih će se u konačnici omogućiti Cilj ovog idejnog rješenja je preuređenje trase nekadašnje željezničke pruge provedba projekta. Prometovanje prugom započinje 20. i istraživanjem svijeta oko sebe, za očuvanjem okoliša i kulturne baštine, ali i rujna 1876. g. te se u konačnici zatvara 20. listopada 1966. g. zbog rasta konkurentnosti za mogućnostima ponovnog korištenja resursa, preuređenje trase nekadašnje cestovnog prometa, smanjenja broja putnika te nestašice sredstava za obnovu pruge Rovinj – Kanfanar u biciklističko-pješačku stazu pokazuje se kao istrošenih vozila i pruge. Trasa se nalazi na području grada Rovinja i općine Kanfanar, značajno sredstvo za revitalizaciju cijelog jednog područja od iznimne važnosti te prolazi kroz katastarske općine Rovinj, Rovinjsko selo, Sošići i Kanfanar. Danas za lokalno stanovništvo. Ona će nuditi inovativne i suvremene krajobrazno-ekoloških raznolikosti, legendi, zapisa povijesne memorije, te bajkovitih turističke sadržaje, rasteretiti cestovni promet od biciklista, omogućiti očuvanje trase i svestranih priča koje zauzimaju važno mjesto u lokalnoj kolektivnoj imaginaciji, i popratnih tehničkih i graditeljskih objekata kao vrijednog nasljeđa industrijske posebice zahvaljujući dugoj i turbulentnoj povijesti ovoga kraja. baštine, te poticati širi razvoj lokalne zajednice. Rješenje obuhvaća cijelu trasu nekadašnje pruge, „od stanice do stanice”, počevši dakle od željezničke stanice u Kanfanaru sve do željezničke stanice u Rovinju. Razlog tome je potreba za garantiranjem određenog kontinuiteta i za održavanjem povijesne memorije ovoga kraja, te zadovoljavanje potreba biciklista za dodatnim mogućnostima prijevoza bicikala drugim prometnim sredstvima, kao što su vlak, autobus ili brod, koji se u ovom slučaju nalaze u neposrednoj blizini dviju željezničkih stanica. 1.2. RAZVOJNI PROCES PROJEKTA Proces razvoja projekta prenamjene pruge u biciklističko-pješačku stazu izveden je u četiri radna koraka. U prvom su definirani vizija i ciljevi kao polazne osnove cijeloga rada. Uzimaju se u obzir načini na kojima preuređenje pruge može utjecati na razvoj cikloturizma; na promicanje intermodalnosti, zdravog života i održivog turizma; na očuvanje kulturne, industrijske i prirodne baštine; na lokalni razvoj i na razvoj komplementarnih aktivnosti. U drugom je definiran programski koncept šireg područja, koji se odnosi na trasu i na širi pojas oko nje. Cilj ovog dijela je postaviti temelje za integriranje buduće biciklističke staze u šire područje uzimajući u obzir trenutno stanje pruge, svu turističku ponudu i raznovrsne sadržaje koji se nalaze uz stazu. Treći korak obrađuje idejno rješenje kojim se definiraju svi bitni elementi za konačno preuređenje pruge: tipološka rješenja za stazu, odmorišta, parkirališta i svu dodatnu opremu na trasi pruge; rješenja za raznovrsne potencijalne sadržaje koji bi se trebali naći na stazi i uz nju. CILJEVI od kojih dvije prolaze kroz Istarsku županiju: Mediteranska ruta EuroVelo 8 i Jantarna (Baltik-Adriatik) ruta EuroVelo 9. Razvojem ovog projekta, kojeg na hrvatskoj razini Namjera ovog idejnog rješenja je razmotriti i analizirati, kroz multidisciplinarni pristup, vodi Koordinacijsko tijelo za razvoj cikloturizma, naglašava se važnost promicanja razne mogućnosti i ograničenja koje pruža preuređenje trase nekadašnje željezničke bicikla kao prijevoznog sredstva, ali i važnost promicanja cikloturizma kao odgovorne pruge i njena prenamjena u biciklističko-pješačku stazu.Glavni cilj je pretvoriti i održive vrste turizma. napuštenu i zapuštenu prugu u atraktivni prostor biciklističko-pješačke staze. U tom smislu, na novu stazu valja gledati kao na novu atrakciju koja će, kao Važnost cikloturizma je dakle prepoznata na raznim razinama vlasti, od europske takva, privući veći broj korisnika, turista i znatiželjnih posjetitelja. Na državnoj razini donesen u raznovrsne svrhe: sportske, rekreativne, kulturne, prijevozne, i dr. Iz tog razloga, je „Akcijski plan razvoja cikloturizma” (Institut za turizam - IT, 2015), dok su osim što se ovim radom predlažu rješenja vezana uz fizičko uređenje trase i opremanje na razini Istarske Županije doneseni „Operativni plan razvoja cikloturizma Istarske iste striktno nužnom opremom, kako bi se ona mogla koristiti,
