AVTOVAZ Press-release February 21, 2020 Togliatti _______ The management and governors of the Volga Federal district visited AVTOVAZ An official delegation within the Council under Russia’s Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal district Igor Komarov made a working visit to AVTOVAZ. Guests, among which were governors of almost all regions of the VFD, visited the production site and had the opportunity to test modern LADA lineup. Both long-term prospects of AVTOVAZ development and short-term plans, in general, the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the first LADA car production have been discussed during the visit. Lineup of special LADA cars was separately showcased to the heads of VFD regions. Welcoming guests, President of JSC AVTOVAZ Yves Caracatzanis said: “About a fourth of our sales in 2019 accounted for corporate sales. Our range of commercial and special models perfectly complies with requirements of federal and regional programs aimed at increasing the availability of medical care, social protection of disabled people, as well as providing the police and other special services with affordable, but safe, comfortable and reliable vehicles”. The main volume of special vehicles was represented by different modification of the LADA Largus (which is currently the LADA bestseller on the Russian market in the LCV segment). LADA Largus CNG running on methane and enabling decrease fuel cost threefold is already known to the market. Other represented models are less common, but they are already used in many corners of Russia and the near abroad. The car for medical services based on the series body is equipped with a place for a bed-bound patient and two seats for medical staff. -

PRESS-RELEASE 17 MARCH 2021 AUTOMOBILE MARKET OF RUSSIA IN FEBRUARY AND JANUARY-FEBRUARY 2021 In February 2021, sales of new MOTOR VEHICLES in Russia, based on registration data, grew by 2.4% year- on-year to 125 936 vehicles. In January-February 2021, the total sales were 235 280 vehicles*, down 2.4% year-on-year, of which: • Passenger cars – 109 898 units in February 2021, up 1.7% YOY; 205 903 units in January-February 2021, down 2.4% YOY. Among them electric vehicles – 75 units in February 2021, up 435.7% YOY; 186 units in January-February 2021, up 675.0% YOY. • Light commercial vehicles including light trucks (N1 category, without pickups) and minibuses (M2 category) – 8 590 units in February 2021, up 16.5% YOY; 15 603 units in January-February 2021, up 7.2% YOY. • Picku ps – 610 units in February 2021, down 23.8% YOY; 1 090 units in January-February 2021, down 37.6% YOY. • Truck s (except N1 category) including special-purpose vehicles – 6 093 units in February 2021, up 10.5% YOY; 10 984 units in January-February 2021, down 3.4% YOY. • Buses (except М2 category) – 745 units in February 2021, down 39.9% YOY; 1 700 units in January-February 2021, down 27.0% YOY. *without sales to military, law enforcement and diplomatic agencies in RF COMMENT: Alexander Kovrigin, Deputy Managing Director of ASM Holding, commented: Sales of passenger cars in February 2021 were up 1.7% year-on-year and down 2.4% year-to-date. We expect a slight decrease of sales in March, to be followed by beginning of growth. -

PRESS-RELEASE 10 SEPTEMBER 2020 AUTOMOBILE MARKET OF RUSSIA IN AUGUST AND JANUARY-AUGUST 2020 In August 2020, sales of new MOTOR VEHICLES in Russia, based on registration data, fell by 9.1% year-on- year to 142 611 vehicles. In the first eight months of 2020 the total sales were 983 787 vehicles*, down 12.2% year -on-year, of which: • Passenger cars – 127 043 units in August 2020, down 8.3% YOY; 867 872 units in January-August 2020, down 12.4% YOY. • Light commercial vehicles including light trucks (N1 category, without pickups) and minibuses (M2 category) – 7 832 units in August 2020, down 16.4% YOY; 57 186 units in January-August 2020, down 11.5% YOY. • Pickups – 1 031 units in August 2020, down 12.3% YOY; 7 985 units in January-August 2020, down 5.6% YOY. • Trucks (except N1 category) including special-purpose vehicles –5 844 units in August 2020, down 10.7% YOY; 42 752 units in January-August 2020, down 10.5% YOY. • Buses (except М2 category) – 861 units in August 2020, down 29.1% YOY; 7 992 units in January-August 2020, down 7.1% YOY. *without sales to military, law enforcement and diplomatic agencies in RF COMMENT: Alexander Kovrigin, Deputy Managing Director of ASM Holding, commented: Usually, August is one of the worst months of a year in terms of sales of motor vehicles. Analysis of passenger car sales showed a decline in August by 8.3% year-on-year and by 12.4% year-to-date. The market of light commercial vehicles showed a decline by 16.4% in August and by 11.5% in January-August. -
