Every Wednesday morning the Holy Father holds a public Audience on St. Peter's Square. He will be passing by the faithful on his Pope mobile, on his way to the podium in front of St. Peter's Basilica, from where will be delivering his message and finally give the Papal Blessing.

This exclusive excursion is the occasion to visit the Excavations of Pompeii and come back in the early 10 afternoon in time to enjoy the rest of the day in Rome. With a 3 hours visit to the excavations, our local and knowledgeable guide shows you the most famous and important sites of Pompeii that usually are not included in the standard tours: the Villa of the Mysteries, the Amphitheatre, the House of the Faun, and the Garden of the Fugitives, which houses the plaster casts of the victims of the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 A.D. 15 GENERAL CONDITIONS CONTRACTS Contracts of tours are regulated by rules established by the International Convention on

Travel Contracts (CCV) signed on 23/05/2011. 10-2020 Carini - Ed. BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS All services must be booked through the local representative of Brastours by Giva Tours and are subject to availability. Acceptance of the booking has to be confirmed by the travel agent. PICK UP SERVICE, MEETING POINT AND TOUR Upon confirmation we will inform if the pick up service from the hotel will be possible and in case we will provide the pick up time. If the service will not be available, clients must reach the meeting point of the tour on their own at least 15 minutes prior to departure. For tours including the pick up service, clients need to be ready in hotel lobby on time, waiting for our representative. Due to unforeseen traffic conditions, there may be possible pick up delay: in this case we ask clients to wait patiently in the hotel lobby and contact us in case of need. No refund will be given to clients who will miss the pick up or the tour because they were not on time. No refund will be given to clients who lose contact with the tour guide or who do not complete the tour. RATES AND PAYMENTS All rates include VAT taxes and are set by the organizing travel agency on the basis of the cost at the time of printing, therefore rates can be varied at any time by the agency without notice, in the event of changes in service costs. Payment must be done at the time of booking. For some tours you will be asked for credit card information to hold and guarantee the service. CHANGES OF BOOKING Due to operational difficulties or other reasons beyond its control, Brastours by Giva Tours can cancel or modify at any time the service or substitute alternative services for similar type and quality. LIABILITY Brastours by Giva Tours is not responsible for any loss of personal valuables and luggage during the tours or left on the vehicles and for any damages caused by third parties to personal items during the excursions. Brastours by Giva Tours is not responsible for partial or complete closures of certain areas inside the museums, monuments and churches or for delays or irregularities caused by third parties. In this case we will provide at no additional charge an alternative itinerary and clients will be notified of any changes prior to departure of the tour. Brastours by Giva Tours cannot be accountable for delays, irregularities or any damages caused by third parties or forces beyond its control. CANCELLATION POLICY All the excursions by high speed train are non refundable and no change can be made. All the other tours cancelled without prior notice are subject to the following cancellation fee: - 72 hours before service: 10% of the total cost - 48 hours before service: 20% of the total cost - 24 hours before service: 50% of the total cost - No show: 100% penalty COMPLAINTS Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 24 hours after the end of the tour. Brastours by Giva Tours will not reply to any complaint received after 24 hours after the end of the tour. VALIDITY This tour program is valid from November 1st, 2020 to March 31st, 2021.
