WHAT IS A TRANSITIONAL PROGRAM? • A six-month to two-year structured program with a defined application and selection process. • An opportunity for service learning, to explore a career field, or to gain experience before starting graduate or professional school. • Transitional programs may pay a salary, a stipend or help pay back student loans.
