Our designers and engineers worked in close collaboration to determine, validate and analyze the mass production process for the Caliber 9000 Series. Caliber 9133/9134 Criteria ranging from the choice of material for hairspring parts to heat processing equipment were meticulously covered to create a new standard of quality for the movement. A special production line was equipped with cutting-edge machines and jigs. Jigs are specialized tools used to securely position parts during processing, and are essential for achieving the ultimate precision, so we employed an innovative adjustment mechanism. Endeavors to achieve the highest precision were implemented through tireless trial and error.
