Malaysia Airports is committed to fully adopting the Integrated Reporting <IR> Framework by 2020 to improve the quality of information available to stakeholders and promote accountability, in consonance with the recommendations in the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (MCCG) 2017 on integrated reporting. The integrated report aims to provide stakeholders with a concise and transparent overview of our business, strategies and our ability to create and sustain value over time. In comparison to the first integrated report in FY2018, for FY2019 reporting Malaysia Airports improved the disclosures in the following sections: Section Improvement Our Strategy Using strategic themes and enablers as a framework to disclose key focus areas, progress and short to medium term focus against our strategy. Reporting Suite and Framework The reporting suite for FY2019 comprises four volumes - Annual Report, Financial Statements, Sustainability Report and Airport Statistics. Together, they provide a comprehensive report of the Group’s performance, activities and outlook as well as disclosure of the management of sustainability risks and opportunities within environmental, social and governance (ESG) parameters.
