Best of Southeast Asia 9 June STARTER LAKSA - spicy laksa broth with prawns, seared salmon, crispy rice noodles and confit egg yolk GADO-GADO - Indonesian salad of roast baby potatoes, tofu and fresh vegetables with peanut sauce and a peanut cracker AYAM MENTEGA - crispy fried chicken in a sweet spicy sauce with shallots and peppers MAIN SATE KAMBING - braised lamb shoulder in a satay peanut sauce, charred baby spring onion, spring roll, and wild rice TEMPEH MANIS - Tempeh in a sweet soy sauce with aubergine chilli sauce, crispy spiced flakes, pickled vegetables and spiced yellow rice IKAN DABU-DABU - pan fried sea bass fillet with dabu-dabu salsa, peanut and soy tenderstem broccoli, soy and ginger roast potatoes DESSERT DADAR GULUNG - pandan pancake stack with shredded coconut filling, with mango gel, coconut and lime ice cream and sesame brittle PISANG GORENG - caramelised banana with chocolate ganache, cinnamon doughnut and ginger ice cream BUBUR KETAN HITAM - set black rice pudding with condensed coconut milk foam, passionfruit coulis, pandan crumb and meringue mushrooms V Vegetarian VG Vegan All our food may contain a trace of gluten.
