Executive Directors Mr. Yu Haiyang (于海洋), aged 40, is one of the co-founders of our Group, the chairman of our Board and an executive Director, primarily responsible for overall strategic planning, business direction and market development of our Group. He co-founded Yanbian Fuli with Mr. Jiang in April 2015. Mr. Yu is also (i) a director and chairman of the board of directors of Yanbian Fuli; (ii) a director and chairman of the board of directors of Beijing Fuli; and (iii) a director of Fuli UK and Fuli HK. Mr. Yu was appointed as the director of the Gem and Jewelry Trade Association of China* (中國珠寶玉石首飾行業協會) in January 2011 and subsequently its vice president in December 2018. He also served as the vice president of the second session of Gems and Jewelry Trade Association of Jilin Province* (吉林省珠寶玉石首飾行業協會) during the period from July 2013 to October 2020, and was further appointed as the executive vice president of its third session in October 2020. DIRECTORS AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT Mr. Yu has around 10 years of entrepreneurial experience in the gemstone, jewelry and mining industries and has invested in various mining related companies, including Tonghua Yuanyang Mining Co., Ltd.* (通化遠洋礦業有限公司), Ji’an City Xinli Mining Co., Ltd.* (集安市 鑫立礦業有限公司), Ji’an City Tiancheng An Lv Shi Processing Co., Ltd.* (集安市天誠安綠石加 工有限公司) and Ji’an Jinshikai Jade Craft Co., Ltd.* (集安金石開玉石工藝有限公司), where he has assumed the roles of, among others, supervisor, director and/or general manager. See “Relationship with Our Controlling Shareholders” in this document for further details of Mr. Yu’s other business investments. Aside from the above, since September 2011, Mr. Yu has been serving as general manager of Baishan City Rongyang Mining Co., Ltd.* (白山市榮陽礦業有限公司), a company principally engaged in mining, separation and processing of gold and copper and sales of related products, where he was responsible for business development and strategic planning. During the period from June 2014 to November 2020, Mr. Yu served as supervisor (from June 2014 to March 2015) and executive director and general manager (from March 2015 to November 2020) of Tonghua City Yichen Jewelry Co., Ltd.* (通化市易宸珠寶有限公司), a company principally engaged in sales of jewelry and art crafts which Mr. Yu had previously invested in. From May 2010 to March 2012, he served as an assistant engineer of the Communication Station of People’s Procuratorate of Tonghua City (通化市人民檢察院通訊站), where he was responsible for case statistics. From August 1999 to August 2005, Mr. Yu was engaged in sales and marketing in the food and beverage industry. Mr. Yu obtained his college diploma in finance and accounting (財務會計專業函授學位)by way of correspondence program from Jilin Commercial College (吉林商業高等專科學校)inthe PRC in July 1999. Mr. Yu obtained a diploma in legal studies from the China Central Radio and TV University (中央廣播電視大學) (now known as the Open University of China* (國家開放大 學), a program in cooperation with China University of Political Science and Law* (中國政法大 學)) in the PRC in July 2007, and subsequently obtained his executive master’s degree of business administration from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business* (長江商學院) in the PRC in September 2018. Mr. Yu is the elder cousin of Ms. Yu Xiaofei, the chief operating officer of our Group (see “— Our Senior Management” in this section for further details). DIRECTORS AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT Mr. Jiang Yingliang (姜英良), aged 44, is one of the co-founders of our Group, an executive Director and our chief executive officer, primarily responsible for overall mining and operational management of our Group. He co-founded Yanbian Fuli with Mr. Yu in April 2015. Mr. Jiang is also (i) a director of Fuli UK; (ii) a director and the manager of Yanbian Fuli; and (iii) a director and the general manager of Beijing Fuli. Mr. Jiang served as the general council member of the second session of the council of the Gem & Jewelry Trade Association of Jilin Province from July 2013 to January 2017 and subsequently served as its deputy president from January 2017 to October 2020. Mr. Jiang was further appointed as the president of the third session of its council in October 2020. Mr. Jiang was accredited with Gem & Jewelry Appraiser Qualification (Level-3) (寶玉石檢驗員三級資質) and Diamond Appraiser Qualification (Level-3) (鑽石檢驗員三級資質) by the Quality and Technical Supervision Industry Occupational Skill Testing Authority (質量技術監督行業職業技能 鑒定(指導)中心) of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the PRC (中華人民共 和國人力資源和社會保障部) in May 2015. Mr. Jiang has over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience in the gemstone, jewelry, mining and natural resources industries and has invested in various mining and natural resources related companies, including Jilin Handa Forest Resources Development Co., Ltd.* (吉林漢達森林資源開 發有限公司) and Zhangjiakou Wanshu Mining Co., Ltd.* (張家口萬樹礦業有限公司) (where he also serves as an executive director). Mr. Jiang also serves as the executive director, general manager and legal representative of Ji’an City Xinli Mining Co., Ltd.* (集安市鑫立礦業有限公司) (since March 2013) and Ji’an Jinshikai Jade Craft Co., Ltd.* (集安金石開玉石工藝有限公司) (since March 2013), among the companies which he and Mr. Yu have jointly invested in. Aside from the above, Mr. Jiang operated a wood-processing factory pursuant to a contract with the Forestry Workstation of Shihu Town, Tonghua County (通化縣石湖鎮林業工作站) during the period from May 2004 to December 2020 where he was responsible for overall management of the factory. Mr. Jiang obtained his college diploma of economic information management from Sichuan Agricultural University (四川農業大學) in the PRC in February 2019 through its online education program.     Country Report for the Preparation of the First Report on the State of the World’s Animal Genetic Resources Report on Domestic Animal Genetic Resources in China June 2003 Beijing CONTENTS Executive Summary Biological diversity is the basis for the existence and development of human society and has aroused the increasing great attention of international society. In June 1992, more than 150 countries including China had jointly signed the "Pact of Biological Diversity". Domestic animal genetic resources are an important component of biological diversity, precious resources formed through long-term evolution, and also the closest and most direct part of relation with human beings. Therefore, in order to realize a sustainable, stable and high-efficient animal production, it is of great significance to meet even higher demand for animal and poultry product varieties and quality by human society, strengthen conservation, and effective, rational and sustainable utilization of animal and poultry genetic resources. The "Report on Domestic Animal Genetic Resources in China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Report") was compiled in accordance with the requirements of the "World Status of Animal Genetic Resource " compiled by the FAO. The Ministry of Agriculture" (MOA) has attached great importance to the compilation of the Report, organized nearly 20 experts from administrative, technical extension, research institutes and universities to participate in the compilation team. In 1999, the first meeting of the compilation staff members had been held in the National Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Service, discussed on the compilation outline and division of labor in the Report compilation, and smoothly fulfilled the tasks to each of the compilers.

    Appendix 3 Profile of Tonghua County Tonghua County is located in the southeast of Jilin Province, the southwest foot of Changbai Mountain and the middle reaches of Hunjiang River. The exact position of Tonghua County is at east longitude 125°17'--126°25' and north latitude 41°19'--42°07', with Baishan City bordering in the east, Jian City adjacent to the south, Huairen County of Liaoning Province and Xinbin County at a junction in the west, and Liuhe County linking in the north. Tonghua County is typical of mountainous terrain with an area of 3726.5 square kilometers, which is known as ‘Eight mountains, half water and half field’. The county hall is located in the Kuaidamao town, which has jurisdiction over 5 villages, 10 towns and 160 administrative villages. The county has a population of 250,000 consisted of 17 nationalities, which are Han, Manchu, Korean, Hui and other nationalities. With the rapid and healthy development of county economy, the developing environment and urban civilization of Tonghua County have been greatly improved, and people's mental outlook and urban image also take on a new look.
