    IRVINE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT RESOLUTION NO. 16-17-47 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE IRVINE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT ACKNOWLEDGING REMAINING SCHOOL FACILITY PROGRAM BOND AUTHORITY IS CURRENTLY EXHAUSTED FOR FUNDS BEING REQUESTED ON MEASURE E SERIES 1 PROJECT APPLICATIONS WHEREAS, the Board of Education (Board) has determined that school facilities within the Irvine Unified School District (District), within Orange County need to be constructed; and WHEREAS, the State Allocation Board (SAB) has established an “Applications Received Beyond Bond Authority List” for projects that have been received; and WHEREAS, Pursuant to title 2, Code of California Regulations section 1859.95.1, in order to be placed on the “Applications Received Beyond Bond Authority List” a school district must submit a resolution along with Form SAB 50-04 that includes certain acknowledgements. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Education of the Irvine Unified School District: Section 1.
