    IRVINE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT RESOLUTION NO. 16-17-47 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE IRVINE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT ACKNOWLEDGING REMAINING SCHOOL FACILITY PROGRAM BOND AUTHORITY IS CURRENTLY EXHAUSTED FOR FUNDS BEING REQUESTED ON MEASURE E SERIES 1 PROJECT APPLICATIONS WHEREAS, the Board of Education (Board) has determined that school facilities within the Irvine Unified School District (District), within Orange County need to be constructed; and WHEREAS, the State Allocation Board (SAB) has established an “Applications Received Beyond Bond Authority List” for projects that have been received; and WHEREAS, Pursuant to title 2, Code of California Regulations section 1859.95.1, in order to be placed on the “Applications Received Beyond Bond Authority List” a school district must submit a resolution along with Form SAB 50-04 that includes certain acknowledgements. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Education of the Irvine Unified School District: Section 1. Pursuant to title 2, Code of California Regulations section 1859.95.1, the Board acknowledges the following: (1) the Board acknowledges that the remaining School Facility Program Bond Authority is currently exhausted for the funds being requested on Measure E Series 1 (Brywood Elementary School, College Park Elementary School, Culverdale Elementary School, Eastshore Elementary School, Meadow Park Elementary School, Santiago Hills Elementary School, Springbrook Elementary School, Stone Creek Elementary School, Westpark Elementary School, Rancho San Joaquin Middle School, Sierra Vista Middle School, South Lake Middle School, Venado Middle School, Creekside High School, Irvine High School, University High School and Woodbridge High School) Project applications. (2) the Board acknowledges that the State of California is not expected nor obligated to provide funding for the projects and the acceptance of the applications does not provide a guarantee of future State funding.
