The ininimum buymg station prices are based on the naked ex-scale port of shipment prices fixed by the Board for the 1962-63 season less the transport differentials by the approved evacaiation routes. Under the provisions of the W^tem Region Produce Sales Tax Law (Cap. 99 of the Laws of the WestemRegion ofNigeria, 1959), all sales of cocoa made m the Western Region to the licensed buymgagents of the Western Region Marketing Board are subject to produce sales tax at the rate of £4 per ton. 4.
