Allan Burnett QPM, BSc, FSyI - SecuriGroup Allan Joined SecuriGroup as Operations Director in 2010 following a 30 year career in policing. His experience includes spells as Deputy Divisional Commander of Glasgow City Centre, Head of Community Safety and Crime Prevention, and Director of Intelligence for . A graduate of the prestigious Bramshill Senior Command Course his final posting was as Assistant and Coordinator of Counter Terrorism for Scotland. Based in SecuriGroup's London Office, he oversees the Company's service delivery and continuous improvement throughout the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. He is a regular writer and commentator in the media, and within the industry, on many aspects of security. He was awarded the Queens Police Medal for services to policing in 2010.

Dr David BaMaung - Camor Training David is currently Director of Strategic Development with Camor Training. He previously served for 39 years in law enforcement, with 12 of these involving Counter Terrorism Protective Security. During this time he led his police force in the field of Insider Threat Mitigation and was responsible for developing Insider Threat exercising products for the UK police and ambulance services. David is also an Honorary Professor with Glasgow Caledonian University and has worked closely with CPNI regarding the development of a qualification/CPD award in Personnel Security/Insider Threat Mitigation, for HRM and other specialists. He also sits on the Airpol Insider Threat Group and is working with the Interpol Radiological Nuclear Terrorism Prevention Unit to develop an insider threat awareness and exercising programme. David Holds a PhD in CNI Resilience, an MSc in HRM and is a Chartered Security Professional. He also holds a City &Guilds Graduateship in Counter Terrorism Security Management. SPEAKERS

Gordon MacKenzie - Strathclyde University Gordon was a career Police Officer with 30 years’ service in . He had responsibilities in a range of fields including Child protection, Sex Offender Management, Investigation of Serious Crime, Counter Terrorism, Roads Policing and the range of Intelligence and associated services. He worked as temporary Assistant Chief Constable being heavily involved in modernisation and change management projects. He sat on the regional emergency response strategic group. He joined University of Glasgow as Head of Security and Central Services in 2010 where he was involved in modernisation of service delivery and expanding the provision and range of services. He has significant experience in crisis management and student support developing cross departmental working as the norm. In 2016 he moved to the University of Strathclyde where he was heavily involved in modernising the service and is currently developing and championing the first accredited national training course for HE Security staff. He has been twice been the Chair of the Scottish Region of AUCSO (Association of University Chief Security Officers) finishing his second stint in the near future. SPEAKERS

Michael White - G4S Michael has over twenty years’ experience working in security management throughout the UK gained in both the public and private sectors across a wide range of sectors including shopping centres (that includes centres in Taunton, Tunbridge Wells, Coventry, Gloucester and Great Yarmouth as well as time as the National Account Manager (UK) for Westfield), offices, distribution centres, event and diplomatic security, utilities and media firms besides The London Stock Exchange. Proficient across the operational and compliance process he has worked with blue-chip clients to strengthen their security provision, enhance their service delivery, implement robust and resilient security procedures and undertake operational security audits and threat assessments. Michael is currently Head of Risk and Compliance (UK and Ireland) at G4S. He is the former Chairman of IPSA, a Director of the Security Institute, and holds memberships in the ASIS UK and the Institute of Directors and is a Freeman of The City of London through his membership of the Worshipful Company of Security Professionals. John Goy - CSL Dualcom John joined CSL in August 2016 as Sales Director for M2M/IoT, joining from BT where he headed the commercial and sales functions of their M2M division. John has worked within the M2M/IoT industry for 5 years and prior to that gained 10+ years experience in electronic security equipment manufacturing, holding a variety of roles including: Proposition Development, Product Management, Pre-Sales and Sales Management. He has a wide range of application experience developed over a number of years working with many prestigious customers including: , Greater Manchester Police, IBM Global, Stanley Black and Decker, Bank of Ireland, Cardtronics Europe, Yorkshire Water, Affinity Water and Southern Water.
