Location Wallerawang, or Wang as it is commonly referred to by locals, is a small township in the western foothills of the Blue Mountains.

The landscape of Wallerawang is dominated by the local power stations, and the dams that have been built in the area to provide water to them.

It is only 15 minutes from the regional town of Lithgow and 40 minutes from the major regional centre of Bathurst.

Transport links The closest regional airport is in Bathurst, which is a 40 minute drive from Wallerawang, and provides daily ights to Sydney.
