The founder of the project of financial support of small and medium-sized businesses “Ukrainian Donetsk Kurkul”, the “United Ukrainian Cultural Space” program, “cities’ ukrainianization” in the Donetsk region. He presented his book “Live humanly”, where he proposed his own vision of reforming of the country. To his mind the main function of the state is the establishment of fair and just rules of social life. The basis of these rules is the ideological values of Ukrainians – liberties, self-sufficiency and the aspiration of wealth. Simon* INTRODUCTION Economic democracy is the idea that the norms of equality and participation that classical liberalism confines to a narrowly defined sphere of government should apply to the sphere of economic life. Economic democracy thus entails a challenge to the classical liberal notion of property. In classical liberalism, property defines a realm of private enjoyment. No particular property right is a prerogative of, or a prerequisite to, citizenship, and the exercise of property rights by those who have them is not assessed in political terms. One alternative to classical liberalism responsive to the ideal of economic democracy is classical socialism. Classical socialism op- poses to the liberal notion of private property the notion of state property-property controlled by the officials of a democratically constituted state. Another alternative to classical liberalism in- spired in part by the ideal of economic democracy is social democ- racy or welfare-regulatory liberalism.

Plaintiffs bring this suit to recover for injuries that they suffered when their stolen private information was published to the entire world during the 2016 presidential campaign. 2. Plaintiffs are all private American citizens. Until last year, Plaintiffs were unknown to the general American public. At the time that their private information was published, none was a public official or public figure. None was a candidate for public office. None was a high-ranking campaign official or close personal advisor of a presidential candidate. None expected that his private information would be shared with the world. 3. Roy Cockrum is a former Episcopal monk. He left the brotherhood in 2007 to care for his ailing parents. In 2014, he won the Tennessee Powerball lottery and decided to give away the bulk of his winnings.
