The former garden centre in the Mitre 10 Dubbo building was leased to provide a temporary short term library space. This provided space to hold the collections and enabled the library to offer many of the services provided during the closure for the refurbishment. The Dubbo Branch staff and the Regional Office staff are to be commended on their hard work to establish the temporary library and to then complete the new layout and redesign of the refurbished library.
