Call to Order (Chair) Council Member Michael Kramer called the meeting to order. Seconded by Barbara Atoruk. The question called by Barbara Atoruk and approved unanimously by the Council. Roll Call and Establish Quorum (Zach Stevenson as requested by the Chair) Nine of town Council Members participated in the meeting including Michael Kramer; Barbara Atoruk; Louie Commack, Jr.; Hannah Loon; Enoch Mitchell; Beverly Moto; Tristen Pattee; and Silvano Viveiros, Sr. Replogle Swan was excused though participated by teleconference. Raymond Lee, Jr., did not attend.
