SLUŽBENI LIST EUROPSKE UNIJE L 81/1 UREDBA VIJEĆA (EZ) br. 261/2008 od 17. ožujka 2008. o uvođenju konačne antidampinške pristojbe na uvoz određenih kompresora podrijetlom iz Narodne Republike Kine VIJEĆE EUROPSKE UNIJE, 2. Privremene mjere (4) S obzirom na potrebu podrobnijeg ispitivanja određenih obilježja ispitnog postupka, odlučeno ja da će se ispitni postupak nastaviti bez uvođenja privremenih mjera. uzimajući u obzir Ugovor o osnivanju Europske zajednice, uzimajući u obzir Uredbu Vijeća (EZ) br. 384/96 od 22. prosinca 1995. o zaštiti od dampinškog uvoza iz zemalja koje nisu 1 članice Europske zajednice ( ) („Osnovna uredba”), a posebno 3. Stranke na koje se postupak odnosi njezin članak 9., (5) Komisija je o pokretanju postupka službeno obavijestila proizvođače izvoznike iz NR Kine, uvoznike, trgovce, korisnike i udruženja za koje se zna da se to na njih uzimajući u obzir prijedlog koji je podnijela Komisija nakon odnosi, predstavnike NR Kine, proizvođače Zajednice savjetovanja sa Savjetodavnim odborom, podnositelje pritužbe i druge proizvođače Zajednice za koje se zna da se to na njih odnosi. Zainteresirane stranke dobile su priliku iznijeti svoje stavove u pisanom obliku i zatražiti raspravu u roku određenom u obavijesti o pokretanju postupka. Svim zainteresiranim budući da: strankama koje su to zatražile te su pokazale da postoje posebni razlozi da ih se sasluša, odobreno je saslušanje. A. POSTUPAK 1. Ltd, Wenling temeljio na najvećem reprezentativnom obujmu izvoza (Taizhou), određenih kompresora u Zajednici, koji je moguće razumno ispitati u raspoloživom roku. Na temelju poda­ taka primljenih od proizvođača izvoznika, Komisija je — grupacija Wealth Group: 1. Shanghai Wealth odabrala šest trgovačkih društava ili grupacija povezanih Machinery & Appliance Co. Ltd, Šangaj (Shanghai trgovačkih društava (trgovačkih društava iz uzorka) s Wealth); 2. Wealth (Nantong) Machinery Co., Ltd, najvećim obujmom izvoza u Zajednicu. U smislu Nantong (Wealth Nantong), obujma izvoza, šest trgovačkih društava iz uzorka činilo je 93 % ukupnog izvoza određenih kompresora — Zhejiang Anlu Cleaning Machinery Co., Ltd, iz NR Kine u Zajednicu tijekom razdoblja ispitnog Taizhou (Anlu), postupka. Komisija se skladu s člankom 17. stavkom 2. Osnovne uredbe savjetovala s dotičnim strankama koje nisu imale prigovor. — FIAC Air Compressors (Jiangmen) Ltd, društvo grupacije FIAC Jiangmen (FIAC); (10) Vezano za proizvođače iz Zajednice, s obzirom da su u (c) Povezana društva iz NR Kine: ispitnom postupku surađivale samo tri grupacije trgova­ čkih društava, odlučeno je da odabir uzoraka nije potre­ ban. — Wealth Shanghai Import-Export Co. Ltd, Shanghai (Wealth Import Export), (11) Vezano za izvoznike, s obzirom da je u ispitnom — FIAC Air Compressors (Hong Kong) Ltd, društvo postupku surađivao samo jedan uvoznik, odlučeno je grupacije FIAC (FIAC Hong Kong); da odabir uzoraka nije potreban. (d) nepovezani uvoznik iz Zajednice: (12) Upitnici su poslani svim trgovačkim društvima izabra­ nima za odabir uzoraka i svim ostalim strankama za — Hans Einhell AG, Landau, Njemačka. koje se zna da se to na njih odnosi. Potpuni odgovori primljeni su od šest proizvođača izvoznika iz NR Kine, tri proizvođača iz Zajednice i jednog uvoznika. Razdoblje ispitnog postupka (15) Ispitni postupak o dampingu i šteti obuhvatio je — FIAC SpA, društvo grupacije FIAC, Bologna, razdoblje od 1. listopada 2005. do 30. rujna 2006. (raz­ Italija, doblje ispitnog postupka ili RIP). Ispitivanje trendova koji su važni za procjenu štete obuhvatilo je razdoblje od 1. siječnja 2003. do kraja razdoblja ispitnog postupka — FINI SpA, Zola Predosa (BO), Italija; (razmatrano razdoblje). 196 HR Službeni list Europske unije 11/Sv. 29 B. (16) Dotični proizvod su klipni kompresori s najvećim protokom od 2 kubična metra (m3) po minuti, podri­ jetlom iz NR Kine (kompresori ili dotični proizvod), koji se uobičajeno deklariraju pod oznakama KN (21) Svi se ti kompresori, stoga, smatraju istovjetnima u ex 8414 40 10, ex 8414 80 22, ex 8414 80 28 i smislu članka 1. stavka 4. The data were based on the RVSM approval database by the end of March, 2016. 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 The Long Term Height Monitoring Impact Statement developed by RASMAG was endorsed by APANPIRG/20 in September 2009. In RASMAG/11 meeting China RMA provided the burden list to the meeting, and this paper is the update for the data. 2. DISCUSSION 2.1 In the last version for the monitoring burden list of China RMA, there were 61 operators with 2608 aircrafts and the biennial monitoring number is about 329. Because of the rapid development for the Chinese Civil Aviation, by the end of March, 2016, there were 77 operators with 2860 aircrafts. 2.2 Every year the monitoring plan of China RMA will be published and sent to the operators every month. The first time of publishing the plan is confirmed at the beginning of each year and it is adjusted in the middle of the year based on the progress. 2.3 Since 2008 China RMA has been using two sets of EGMU to conduct on-board monitoring for Chinese Airlines.

Additions and corrections are welcome at [email protected] Arado Ar 234 "Blitz" in Soviet service Soviet troops captured one example of the world's first jet bomber in northern Germany in spring 1945 (Russian sources state that it was found at Pütnitz in March, but Pütnitz was occupied by the Red Army only on 2 May). The aircraft underwent short trials at Rechlin in early 1946, but suffered from repeated engine problems. As the Soviet specialists involved in the trials were not impressed by the "Blitz" they refrained from sending it to the Soviet Union. It is probable that further Ar 234s (especially of the Ar 234C-3 version) fell into Soviet hands when the Red Army captured the Arado factory at Alt-Lönnewitz (Brandenburg) on 24 April 1945. One Russian source states that one Ar 234B and one Ar 234C were despatched to the Soviet Union where they underwent comprehensive study - in particular, one of the aircraft was thoroughly examined by BNT, the Bureau of New Technology. In March, Korean Air tops the global OTP chart. A total of 395,500 aircraft movements were handled by Chinese airlines, showing an increase of 3.04 percent year-over-year. Korean Air takes the top spot in the global OTP chart with an on-time arrival rate of 97.40 percent.
