• Prakriti is the Observed, the Creatrix.

• These 5 elements make up what we know as the physical Universe.

• They are: Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth.

• Vata :: a combination of Ether and Air.

• Pitta :: which is a combination of Fire and Water.

• Kapha :: which is a combination of Water and Earth.

• You are the Observer AND you are the Observed.

• You are consciousness itself, reflecting itself, observing itself.
