HOK-Elannon Vaalien Tulokset: Yli 153 000 Äänesti HOK-Elannon vaalien tulokset: Yli 153 000 äänesti HOK-Elannon edustajiston vaaleissa 2016 äänesti kaikkiaan 153 495 asiakasomistajaa, kun vastaava määrä edellisissä vaaleissa oli 116 357. Äänestysaktiivisuus nousi 21,0 prosentista 26,0 prosenttiin. Mahdollisuutta äänestää internetin kautta käytti kaikkiaan 71 086 jäsentä eli 46,3 prosenttia äänestäneistä (40 204 ja 34,6 %). Vaaleissa oli kaikkiaan 590 714 äänioikeutettua, mikä on 46 000 enemmän kuin edellisissä vuonna 2012 toimitetuissa vaaleissa. HOK-Elannon vaaleissa oli nyt jo kolmatta kertaa käytössä mahdollisuus äänestää verkossa. Osuuskauppa on maassamme ainoa taho, joka tarjoaa näin laajalle äänestäjäjoukolle mahdollisuuden myös nettiäänestämiseen. Järjestelmä toimi moitteettomasti koko äänestysajan. Äänestäjän henkilöllisyys varmistettiin niin, että äänestäjä kirjautui äänestyksen nettisivustolle omilla pankkitunnuksillaan. – Oma tavoitteemme oli nostaa äänestysvilkkaus yli 25 prosentin, mitä pidimme hyvänä tuloksena nykyisessä tilanteessa. Olen iloinen siitä, että tämä saavutettiin ja jopa ylitettiin selvästi, toteaa HOK-Elannon toimitusjohtaja Matti Niemi. – Olemme pyrkineet tekemään osallistumisen vaaleihin helpoksi mahdollistamalla sekä nettiäänestyksen että perinteisemmän postiäänestyksen. Uusia äänestäjiä on nyt saatu selvästi verkon puolella postiäänten määrän pysyessä entisellä tasolla. Vaali-innostusta pyrittiin myös nostamaan näkyvällä markkinoinnilla ja uudistamalla äänestäneiden kesken arvottavia palkintoja. Osuuskauppa on aidosti demokraattisesti hallittu yritys, jonka ylimmässä päättävässä elimessä vaikuttavat ne ehdokaslistat ja henkilöt, jotka vaaleissa saavat eniten ääniä. On tärkeää, että edustajiston kokoonpano vastaa laajan omistajakunnan näkemyksiä osuuskaupan hallinnosta. Kaksi tapaa äänestää Vaalipalvelukokonaisuuden HOK-Elannolle tuotti Edita Prima Oy. Vaaleja suunniteltaessa kiinnitettiin erityistä huomiota äänestäjän vaalisalaisuuden säilymiseen sekä sen varmistamiseen, että kukaan ei pääse äänestämään vaaleissa kahdesti. Annettua ääntä ei sen sijaan voida missään vaiheessa yhdistää äänestäjään 25 uutta edustajaa HOK-Elannon edustajiston vaaleissa valittiin Suomen laajimmin omistetun yrityksen ylin päättävä elin. Osuuskaupan 60-jäsenisen edustajiston toimikausi on neljä vuotta. Edustajistoon valittiin 32 (34) naista ja 28 (26) miestä. Uusia edustajiston jäseniä on valittujen joukossa 25 (32), joista osa on ollut mukana varaedustajina aiemmin. TRAFICOM/522273/05.00.29.00/2020 Reference Imposition of a public service obligation regarding the operation of air services on the routes Helsinki–Joensuu, Helsinki–Jyväskylä, Helsinki– Kajaani, Helsinki–Kemi and Helsinki–Kokkola Authority: Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom (hereinafter Traficom) Background In late winter and early spring 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant impact on international and national air travel. As a result of the imposed travel restrictions and other consequences of the epidemic, the operation of flights on market-based terms was discontinued on the routes Helsinki–Joensuu, Helsinki–Jyväskylä, Helsinki– Kajaani, Helsinki–Kemi and Helsinki–Kokkola. Over the course of spring 2020, it also became clear that the airline that had operated the routes in question on market-based terms will not continue their operation after the pandemic subsides. The Minister of Transport and Communications, Timo Harakka, set up a working group to investigate the matter. Having completed its work, the group proposed that the Government purchase and finance the flights to the airports in question during a nine-month period from early April 2021 until the end of that year. The central government budget for 2021 earmarks EUR 11.5 million for these scheduled flights. In this Decision, Kemi refers to Kemi-Tornio Airport and Kokkola to Kokkola- Pietarsaari Airport. Competence and relevant legislation Pursuant to section 172 of the Act on Transport Services (320/2017), the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency has the authority to issue decisions regarding the public service obligations referred to in Article 16 of the Air Services Regulation.

    Update on the Corona Pandemic in the Republic of Finland September 11, 2020 As of today, the Finnish Public Health Authorities announced that 0 new death have been confirmed within the last 24 hours due to the Coronavirus. Since Covid-19 reached Finland the total mortality rate is now 336 people. 8 512 people have been confirmed infected and 0 people are in intensive care. Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin is moving to work remotely from her official residence, writes Svenska Yle and Hufvudstadsbladet, among others. The work continues as usual. The reason is that she may have been exposed to someone nearby who carried the coronavirus and the teleworking is a precautionary measure. The information about a possible exposure came via their new app Coronablinkern, confirms the Prime Minister's communications director for Swedish Yle. CoronaBlinker is a mobile app developed to inform users about possible exposure to the coronavirus in their immediate environment. For safety's sake, Sanna Marin will be tested for the coronavirus but is well and symptom-free, writes Svenska Yle. In recent days, the Finnish government has renegotiated travel and entry restrictions due to the corona pandemic. Previously, you had the limit for voluntary quarantine if you traveled from a country with less than 8 per 100,000 corona infected and now that limit will be raised to 25 from 19 September to 22 November. Travel to Finland is therefore now allowed from the European countries Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Cyprus and Liechtenstein, the government announced during a press conference about the new rules at a press conference on Friday morning.
