In line with Article No. (2) of Decree Law No. (24) of 2019, It is prohibited to deal in strategic goods except for those who are listed as major suppliers or registered merchants. The registration terms and conditions for the two lists stipulated in the previous paragraph, and an exemption from registration shall be issued by the Minister upon the proposal of the competent department. By virtue of a decision by the Minister, any major supplier or dealer may be exempt from registration in the main suppliers list or the list of registered merchants in accordance with the standards and conditions set by the competent department
