PRAYERS The Chaplain of the House The Chaplain: Moghrey mie, thank you, Mr Speaker. A prayer, and then the Lord’s Prayer, as we meet in these difficult times. Let us pray a prayer of Sir Francis Drake. O Lord God, when Thou givest to Thy servants to endeavour any great matter, grant us also to know that it is not the beginning, but the continuing 10 of the same until it be thoroughly finished, which yieldeth the true glory; through Him who for the finishing of Thy work laid down His life for us, our Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Amen. Standing Orders suspended to take the sitting virtually; leave granted for Statements The Speaker: Thank you, Chaplain. Can I put on record, on behalf of all of Hon. Members, my thanks and our thanks to the staff who have come in this morning and set up the technology and gone to great lengths at high pressure to make sure that we are able to sit and meet like this this morning. 35 I understand that the Chief Minister’s briefing is still going on, but I ought to say that with the leave of the House the Chief Minister will make a Statement on the latest COVID situation, and there will be questions on that Statement as well. As you all have heard, we have had an additional request from the Treasury Minister to make a Statement about financial support. I seek the leave of the House to permit those Statements. So if any Member wishes to indicate 40 dissent, please do so now. Likewise, if any Member dissents on the question of the suspension of Standing
