Gifts from Life-boat Crews.

THE Institution has recently received save the s.s. Nephrite, of Glasgow, on gifts from four of its Crews out of 1st January last; from the Hauxley sums which they themselves have crew, which helped the s.s. Kapland, received for the salving of vessels: from also of Sandefjord. on 7th January the Aldeburgh No. 2 crew, which saved last, and from the Boulmer crew, the Norwegian whaler Chr. Crastberg, which helped the steam trawler Thomas of Sandefjord, on 9th November, 1923 ; Damson, of Hartlepool, on 24th January from the Cromer crew, which helped to last.
