•Run Public Private Procurement Forum (PPPF), in conjunction with law firm, Field Fisher Waterhouse •PPPF meets quarterly to review latest public procurement policy and for updates on public procurement law •Recent topics have included: – The European Commission’s draft Directive on concession contracts; – Judicial Review in Public Procurement; and – State Aid – Lean Procurement – Mutuals – Modernising EU public procurement legislation
