Transfer from the Airport to the selected hotel Spare time to enjoy the town. Overnight. DAY 2.- BILBAO: Breakfast at the hotel. “ Bilbao by Turistic Bus” First stop, Plaza del Ensanche, in the heart of Bilbao; then on to Indautxu with a stop in the Plaza de Arrikibar. Next, the Plaza Moyua, the city’ s geographical centre, along the Gran Vía passing in front of the Parque de Doña Casilda; then on to the Euskalduna Bridge and the Campo de Volantín to see the Deusto University; and you can admire the Guggenheim building from the river bank, the modern bridge designed by Calatra va and the Bilbao City Hall. Then to the old town through El Arenal, passing the Arriaga Theatre. Ne xt, along the Calle Ribera to the San Antón Church, from where you will return to the first stop by Abandoibarra and the commercial centre of Zubiarte. The complete tour take s about an hour and a quarter, the ticket is valid for 24 hours, and you can leave and re-join the bus as often as you wish. Meeting point: Lersundi Street, num 17, beside the Tourist Office (Moyua Subway - Opposite the Alameda de Mazarredo Street ) at 10:50 am o r 15:50 pm. Give the driver your vouchers as you get on the bus. This is an easy and comfortable way to see the city and you can get on and off at any of the stops as often as you want. Overnight DAY 3.- BILBAO: Breakfast at the hotel. Free day to do as you please. We recommended go to visit Guggenheim Museum: You can enjoy not only exposure, but the most avant-garde architecture of the twentieth century, designed by Frank O. Gehry. Overnight. The bus tour will start along the right bank of the river and will pass through Getxo, with the industrial towns of Baracaldo, Sestao and Portugalete on the opposite side of the river. A stop will be made in Getxo to see its famous Elevating Bridge. Those who wish to do so may go up on the bridge as the views from the top are really worth seeing. Then on to the Castillo de Butron with its imposing 45-metre high walls, and Mungia. From here you will make for the coast at San Juan de Gaztelugatze, with a picturesque monastery perched on a rock over the sea. Then on to the typical fishing village of Bermeo, where another stop will be made before following the coast to Mundaka, stopping again to enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. The next stop is at the famous town of Guernika to see its famous tree and the Casa de Juntas. The return journey to Bilbao will be through the picturesque interior of Vizcaya. The whole trip should be over by about 2.00 pm. On this tour you will be accompanied by an official Basque tourist guide. Time off to rest and relax. Overnight. DAY 5.- BILBAO: Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from the hotel to the airport. End of our services.
